    It took me a while to start reading this story, and now I can't put it down. It was generous of Janet to become, unknowingly a surrogate Mom for Cam and Ian's son. It's unfortunate she never got to see little Eli. On to chapter six. I need to take a break, and do some writing on my own stories, I also have readers waiting for the next chapter.     I'm a tender hearted old fool, peple like us keep Kimberley Clark (maker of Kleenex) in business! Geoff mentioned in a response to my comment on one of the PK High School chapters that I should read Barnstable Chronicals - I'm bingeing them, just read the first four, now on to Ch five! I'm hoping that Janet's family doesn't try to interfere with Cam and Ian's fatherhood.

    WHAT A ROLLERCOASTER! PK high school is one of the best stories of young gay love that I have read, and I highly recommend it. It'll be interesting to see how the boys fare during their college years. There is a minor issue that I have, Matty is Matty, but is he Mathew Jordan or Mathew Jacobs? I know, it's just a minor glitch, these two boys were lovers from the time they were toddlers, and I found the story to be quite captivating, always wondering what happens next?

    Excellent ending to a great story. Eddie Hamilton's Valedictorian Address was nothing short of awesome. I would hope that he received a standing ovation! Like everyone else, I'm looking forward to the next book!

    There are few conventional churches that would offer an openly gay minister a position. However, he may obtain employment with one of the many MCC's (Metropolitin Community Churches) across the country. Some refer to MCC as a 'Gay Church' but MCC is an interdenominational Church with a primary outreach to the gay community, and actually has a few straight members, although the pastors, male or female, are usually LGBT. I am a gay man, and currently classify myself somewhere between an agnostic and atheist, but if I felt a need for a Christian connection, I would likely visit the MCC in El Paso, TX. Eddie Hamilton would likely be very comfortable as a minister in an MCC, but he may need to clean up his mouth a bit, even there!

    WOW! I need to go to the Dollar Store and restock tissues! Geoff, this was a fantastic chapter. I've read the whole story, but somehow I missed where Simon came into the picture. I suppose it's a bit unfortunate that the senior Hamiltons might end up with not one, but two gay sons. If Nate is gay, Mom and Dad will accept and love him, just like they do Eddie and Mattie. I would hope, down the line a bit, that Eddie and Matty get married and adopt some children so that the Grandparents will have some Grandchildren to SPOIL!

    Geoff, I'm jealous! I wonder if I'll ever get the number of comments on any of my stories that you get on every chapter. Granted, you've been publishing on this site for considerably longer than I, and have a lot more stories. I only have three, one complete and two in progress. You're a great writer, and I've been captivated by the story of Matty and Eddie- ya gotta love these boys. I'm sorry that Matty and his father will never be able to enjoy lives as a father and son, it was good that they had that meeting before Dad passed. I'm kind of hoping that the cause of his death was natural. If it was by his own hand, it will likely be extra hard on Matty. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

    I suspect that, having seen his son and Eddie on GMA, that George's attitude is going to change for the better. I think he will become a better father to Matty, and I hope he gets cured of his alcohol addiction. I have a situation of a young gay couple in one of my stories, where one of the boys is also a football and basketball jock. Both his football and basketball teammates have accepted his sexuality, and his relationship with another boy, and they love him, platonically of course.

    Picky, Picky! These stories are fiction - who cares if the courts are also fiction? I have two stories in progress on this site, both based in fictitious towns in NC, and also involve fictitious colleges. It's fiction, that means nothing is real! Although we authors try to make the situations somewhat realistic.

    I believe Eddie is attempting to do the same for Donald as his father did for Matty. Get help for the father, and create a safe environment for the son. Bigotry and hatred are terrible twin brothers! Prejudism is not a natural trait in in humankind, it is taught! I'm so looking forward to the next Chapter(s).

    Elotes - Steamed or grilled corn on the cob, lathered with mayonaisia (Mexican mayonaise) and sprinkled with grated cheese and hot fruit and vegi seasoning available from Mexican Tienda's. Spicy but tasty.

    Glad to see another author besides me sneak an awesome sermon into their story. I've been binge reading this story but I'm soon to run out of chapters to read, hope there is more to come. On to the next chapter! This is one of the best stories I've read on this site.

    I think it was rather interesting that in the opening chapter Eddie stated that he believed he was gay, and believed Matt was probably straight, but in this chapter, Mattie was the first of the boys to actually come out. In regards to coming out, I was in my 40's when I came out to my Eighty year old Dad. His response: "Son, your Mom and I still love you, I just don't understand what one man would see in another man."

    Happens all the time! Younger boys don't seem to realize what's gonna happen when they grind their cocks together for the first time! It has happened in a couple of my stories too. I wonder what the Mom's think when they do the boys laundry, and find pre-starched boxers, LOL. I need to make a trip to the dollar store and pick up more boxes of tissues, I needed to use a few on this chapter! Great job, Geoff, Now on to the next chapter, I'm bingeing!

    This is the first of your stories I've read, and I'm captivated! You have a knack of slipping humor between the lines, which makes it even more enjoyable. I am a bit envious though, I am also a writer here, and I have to beg like a dog for a treat to get any comments, and your readers just flood your chapters with comments! I think that all of us who contribute stories to the site, as you mentioned at the end of Ch 1, are inspired to work harder by the comments we receive. I also comments! Now on to Chapter 3.

    About Hughesnet- They offer satellite internet service and are usually available in most areas where there is no Comcast, Time-Warner or any other internet service. The only other connection here would be using your cell phone as a mobile hot-spot or using WIFI where available.

    Interesting, I live in the boonies about 60 miles east of El Paso, and the only halfway dependable internet service here is Hughesnet, which I depend on.

    Why do people have to be so mean? All these sweet boys want is to be able to love each other, and to be left UN-bothered. I have to give credit where credit is due. They have a lot of courage to show their affection for each other in front of a bunch of haters. I hope that Nolan's Dad re-considers, and grows the balls to be a real Dad!

    Timmy, you're doing just fine. I believe bubby1234 is incorrect, I think UK uses metric also. To my knowledge, United States is the only country that uses this fucked up measurement system of feet and inches. I'm from US and I'd be quite happy to play with a guys 14.5 centimeter joystick! LOL By the way, 1 inch = 2.54 cm. Even Canada, next door uses Kmh rather than MPH.

    This story is a gem. Ian and Andrew met, almost by accident, and both young men had the insight to realize how much they "needed each other." There is just enough sex to add a bit of spice, but I tend to favor the emotional side of a love story and in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful love stories I've ever read. JUST A WARNING! There are some very touching emotional situations, that may cause you to reach for the Kleenex, keep them handy! I needed a few. It's only nine chapters, so you won't get bored, I promise. Enjoy the ride while it lasts. I was sorry it came to an end.

    So eloquently written! We finally found out where Lex's scars came from. I really hope that Lex can develop enough trust in Ian to let Ian into his soul. Ian has so much love for Lex, and it's not just that Ian is just feeling sorry for Lex-- Ian wants to make Lex his! Both of these men have built barriers around their hearts, understandably. I hope they are both able to break through those barriers, only then will they be able to really fall in love.
