    Chapter 11

I guess I know what my readers are going through, samo samo that I'm going through. Hours pass terribly slow when waiting for the next chapter! I'm loving this story.

    Michael

I was looking for your bio and couldn't find it. Particularly I wondered about your geographical location, as you referred to Daniels mother as Mum, rather than the typical American reference to Mom. What a difference a letter can make. So I now trust that you are British, or maybe Irish or Scottish. Doesn't matter, I'm loving the story anyway, even if it came from across the pond! PS, I'm American, but I'm a fan of a couple of Irish boy bands, Boyzone (RIP Stephen Gately) and the now disbanded Westlife.

    Chapter 6

I think it's incredible that a female writer can write so eloquently about the feelings between gay men, and you're doing an awesome job. I can hardly wait to see how this all pans out. I don't think Lex will freak out - somebody needs to take that first step, and it looks like Ian is the first to make a move, even though that move may not have been intentional. I'm patiently, or maybe not so patiently waiting for the next chapter.

    Chapter 9

Oh, lordy, chapter by chapter it just gets better and better! I hope the new family coming to Hailey is just innocently planning to open a new Italian Restaurant- I guess time will tell. Somehow, I feel Paul will protect Corbin, even if it might endanger his own life!

    Chapter 8

This is most definitely my kind of story, and I love the slow buildup. I have a distinct feeling that neither of these men will be sleeping alone much in the future. I get really bored with stories that have guys hopping into bed often just for sex scenes, but this story has a real plot, and I'm concerned that we're running out of story - only one more chapter posted, but so much story yet to happen! I'm hooked! I hope that when Corbin gets his chicks, he is able to find some Americana's, they're pretty chickens and lay tinted eggs, usually green. I used to have chickens, when I lived in Virginia, and all of my hens laid either brown or green eggs.

    Chapter 1

I'm jealous - you're getting comments! Not that you don't deserve them, great start on this story, so now on to Ch2.

    Spooked

Having been adopted myself, by my maternal grandparents, I know firsthand how it feels to not know my birth father. I've been told that I did meet him once, when I was about Four, but I have no recollection of that. My (adopted) parents and my adopted sister have both told me that my birth father basically abandoned me, and during my growth years I never heard from him. I did make contact with him a couple of times by phone when I was in my Forties, but never met with him in person. We lived on opposite ends of the country, last I knew he lived in Washington State, and I had moved from New York State to Virginia, and now I live in Texas. He passed away quite a number of years ago. Even though I never really knew them, my Paternal Grandparents always sent me Birthday and Christmas Cards throughout my school years, and when I was in my late Twenties or my early Thirties, I did visit them once. They are long gone today.

    The New Kid

I'm a newbie here, and this is my first story from Ace--and I'm loving it. I'm a writer also with nothing published here yet. Some of my stories have the uniqueness of gay oriented boys with homophobic parents, and I absolutely despise homophobes, especially when combined with religious zealots. Some of my boy characters also have loving parents that put love way above sexuality, and love their gay sons unconditionally.

    Bliss

Bittersweet! I'm a hopeless romantic, and in my eyes nothing is more beautiful than two young men in love like these two. I've never had that experience. 😪

    The Boot

A Beautiful and very touching story. Good writing and editing. I would like to see how the future unfolds for Kevin and Ian, They seem like such sweet loving boys.

    The Buckle

Just finished this story, typical Rob Colton style of a bear and little guy finding love. I too am a romanticist, and I love stories that actually have a plot. I get really bored with some authors, getting guys together for sex where sex is 90% of the story. I love the emotional parts of a good story. Sure, when two guys get together with some feelings, pants are going to fall off and something is going to happen. Guys getting each other off eight or ten times in the same number of hours is anything but realistic. (and boring) Glad to see your stories starting to appear here on GA site. Another five star story.

    Chapter 4

Hopefully Josh will forgive his Mom for her homophobic actions before she passes, and there just may be a chance for a loving relationship to develop between Josh and Gavin. Gavin has pretty much outed himself, but times have changed, celebrities are coming out today, and most of the time, fans don't care anymore. So what if someone is gay? I hope there is another chapter or two, and it's sad that Joe and Josh are going to lose their Mom. It's been an awesome story!
