The closed minded and stupid! I'm aghast at the confrontation by peanut for a brain in the restaurant. What a homophobic town. It's definitely obvious that Timothy will have to have the judge move the venue because there's no way Tom would get a fair and impartial jury in that town. And what's up with mom and Dad? Dad is great but mom's definitely hiding something and it isn't good. I think Dad is sensing that as well and why he wants to get out of that town - ie retiring early. Who knows what harassment he's getting at work. Glad Donnie is in the picture to guide.

The wheels of stupidity never cease to amaze me. Bars being burned to the ground, people being killed, Ms Wiess on Leave of Absence, families having to shop at night time or having necessities brought to them. Where does it stop??? Sadly, this is the result of one persons bad behavior based, often times but not always, on the environment in which they grew up in. On the bright note, I had a heartfelt feeling of joy when AM wanting to visit Stephen and Timothy at their home - was a resounding show of acceptance and healing.

Look on the bright side, at least tomorrow we'll have something to look forward to. LOL!!!

Sometimes people just need a good swift kick in the ass to get the ball rolling and Rich definitely gave them that ... after giving them the opportunity to do the right thing. Good for him! I still say mom has something up her sleeve and is possibly in cahoots with brucie in some way or another - I don't think it's just an embarrassment factor at this point. Something's definitely not right in the hen house with all that. Can't wait for the next installment. @weinerdogbrings up a good point. Healthcare practitioners in general aren't obligated to break doctor - client confidentiality unless there's an eminent threat of harm to oneself or others. Now whether brucie does that or not is yet to be seen and possibly lose his license if he does for unethical conduct.

I'd definitely say this chapter is, as well as others, an overwhelming success based on the thought provoking discussion it has caused. LUV the conversation and thoughtful interpretations of the possibilities and potential outcomes. Makes the story even that much more interesting and intriguing. You bring up a good question. While l'm not an attorney nor play one on TV, I did some digging and found that the "statutes of limitations will start the clock ticking either on the 'date of harm' or on the 'date of discovery' of the harm" which makes sense. Reported or not, I don't think that has bearing on the case. If one could prove that AM didn't discover she was harmed - due to psychological stress or amnesia - then that could be a court battle by itself that the psychiatrist would have to be a key witness to. My how things just got more complex.

Could it be that Ms Weiss is a victim of brucee as well? I can't imagine a city with 300,000 people in it would have a DA that wouldn't want to prosecute ALL cases having to do with any form of rape albeit male or female victims. The slope is getting slippery and hopefully the Judge can add some gravel to it with his gavel.

Hopefully Jane is open minded to the legal action against bruce and his rape of Tom over many years. Timothy is so right, he needs to pay for the years for family time he took away from them and so many others. Still perplexes me why the mom didn't come forward at the time and roast that scumbag to the ground then. Stephen is very wise is advising Timothy not to let the anger consume him. Lastly, I wanted to vomit when the young boy was headed over to Timothy and Stephen and the man pulled him back. UGH, I'll just stop now before I put a foot in it and offend someone.

KARMA does come full circle! While bruce spit shined Tom's ass for way too long, Tom is about to roast bruce's ass and then put him in a cell where he'll probably get a taste of his own medicine for a very long time!

While Tom wasn't completely involved, he was complicit. Not only is bruce a predator, he's a scumbag that manipulates people. Can one imagine the control he had over Tom knowing the secret he might share. Rightfully or not, I feel badly for Tom and I hope he helps Timothy burn bruce to the ground.

Well, we're getting a bit of a glimpse of why this wasn't addressed 20 years ago ... the school board thinking of suing the newspaper for telling the truth. OMG! So glad to see AM healing and the long held trauma finally being dealt with. And damn, I want to go to lunch next time too with food like that!

AM is healing with the help of Timothy and his dad. The mom is still perplexing me. Why would an adult find the need to "listen in" on a telephone conversation when it'd be completely normal to carry on a transparent conversation as adults being open with each other. The mom seems to still be hiding something just not sure what it is but it isn't good - just feels that way. Odd that Tom ended up teaching at an all-girls school. Would tend to make one think he is just as much a predator as that other scumbag Bruce. I just hope no one at the school has had to endure any such vileness.

So glad to see AM and the family all healing from this 22 year long ordeal. It's taken it's toll long enough and now is time for closure. Timothy and Stephen have both put others before themselves and paid a dear price to help others who were ungrateful and may still be. It was heartwarming to hear AM's comment to Timothy in this chapter and her change of heart toward Stephen.

Quite on the set. Lights, Camera, Action! Sammy and Jakey are to the movies ... of the bed to make movies may've been more like it! Not tonight dear, I have a headache! LOL!!!

@sandrewn @chris191070 Just received an email from CLJobe and he indicated everything is fine, just having issues with the postings on this story thread. He indicated he'll create a new story posting called Timothy 2 and we'll continue on with the story on that posting thread. Not sure what the internal issue was but, if anything like myself, computer just blow up in my face! LOL!!! LOL!!! Just glad he's doing ok! ❤️

Tapas are the BEST! Looks like the boys are deepening their relationship. Always a challenge to work through things and improve. Hopefully, that's our life goal. Just more fun alongside someone you get to share it with.

Such a very well written story with a great approach. Sometimes, often, in many relationships there are times similar to these - one steps out before they're committed and it's the basis everything else is built on. There's no surprise that Artem returned to his ways. While Aretem was more than enough for Rob, Rob wasn't more than enough for Artem. Truly a sad ending to so many beautiful relationships.

"and he went straight to heaven." Been there many times and damn is it good! LOL!!! Loving this story, Artem and Rob seem to be developing a great relationship. What I like the most is the reality of how the relationship steps are proceeding - Step 1: Act like I don't know you. Step 2: Show up, strip naked, and have animalistic sex. Step 3: Get to know each other.

This story is amazing! You can almost feel the trepidation and anxiety that Rob is feeling for Artem at every encounter.
