My nephew and his wife are proud parents of a whopping baby girl, Hadley Ray Hall. 7 lbs 10 ozs this morning!

Glad they finally rested plus Boone has gotten better from the fall. And now it is time for me to rest. I will read the next chapter tomorrow but right now I am going to say good night!

Ok I was wrong! There is a Santa! But don't witness your mom kissing Santa! It might shock you!!!!! lol

I don't remember this, but my dad and mom use to tell us that my sister and I were scared of Santa when we were young. My dad and my mom took us downtown to see Santa and get pictures with him. They said that I got a glimpse of Santa and off I went running the opposite direction with my sister following me! My dad said that we were fast and he had trouble catching us. By the time he finally got a hold of both of us, we had already crossed the road and he caught up to us at the front steps of the courthouse! He was freaking out when we ran across the road with the traffic and cars honking! We both got in a lot of trouble doing that! But he was glad we were safe. That was when our parents decided it was time to tell us that there really was not a Santa and they were the ones that bought and put the presents in our home. They still took us every year after that to see Santa, since our little brother still believed in him. Then along came our baby brother!

I do believe that Coy has more feelings for Boone than he lets on! Why don't he just tell Boone how he really feels?

Well, that chapter was sweet! I loved how the Sheriff wanted them to have the pack mule and that he was laughing about how they would have trouble with the mule being taken away from the paint! I am going to the next chapter to read the hilarious way the get the mule away! I bet it will bring so much laughter to me that my stomach will start hurting! lol

Great chapter! Going to the next chapter! I understand about the grieving part but when I grieved my husband's passing? But my sister told me that she was not going to change her vacation just because my husband passed away! She went to Louisiana to see our cousins and did not attend the funeral. What kind of support is that? At least my brother and his wife was there. Oh course, there was a pinch of family from my husband's side there but there was a lot of friends! I put my sister in her place when she came back a week later and she felt so bad and said she was sorry and should have supported me!

Oh Yuck! I don't know what my dog ate outside cause I don't feed her nothing but dogfood. But she farted and OMG, if it wasn't so freezing cold at 39F right now I would slide my screen door open to get the smell out! I am holding my nose with one hand while typing with my other hand! Don't know which is worse, her fart or the typing with one hand! lol

I am really loving this story! Great chapter! On to the next one to see how the 'West Was Won' lol couldn't resist!

I love this song even though my name is spelt Sherye and not Sherry. But if people seen my first name and middle name then @Marty, the song you put on here might be the right pronunciation! lol Sherye Jon

I have lived in my hometown since I was 2 weeks old, even though my parents lived here 2 years before I was born. I was not born in Texas like I was suppose to be, cause my mom's sister was dying of cancer when my mom was 7 months pregnant with me. She got to Louisiana to see her and went into labor the next day. I was 4 lbs 10 ozs and had to stay in a incubator for 2 weeks. Then my Dad came back to get us when I got out of the hospital. Oh by the way, my nickname from my mom she gave me was Horse's ass. She said since I was half Texan (that is where the horse came from lol) and the half Louisianans that north Louisianans were called coon asses (the ass came from that lol) So that is how she called me Horse's Ass! So don't think I will move away from here any time soon since I have been here for 66 years!
