Thank you for your work on this story, ChromedOutCortex. I really enjoyed it (though the Chapters starting with Jaime’s death were hard).

This was a such a wonderful story! The plot was gripping. But the characters were so interesting and well drawn—Josh, Adam, James, Claire, Rodney—that I think I would have loved the story even without the adventure and intrigue. I came to really love these characters and would have been happy had the story simply explored these relationships and Josh’s new life. The fact that we got both amazing characters and a suspenseful, action packed plot is an incredible testament to the author’s skill.

This is the best chapter yet. And that’s saying a lot! I love this story and will miss it so much when it ends

Great Start!

I worry Shawn has said too much to his friends. But it’s great to see how protective they are of him.

The different abilities did not come off as gimmicky. And I had no problem with the level of violence (which fit the story you are telling).

This chapter was so much fun to read!

This chapter is beautifully written, but what a sad, sad chapter. I’m devastated by how this beautiful relationship came to an end. But we’ve known from the first chapter that tragedy would eventually strike.

I laughed so much as I was reading this chapter! I really love Adam, Jaime, and Jay!

I really love this story. Andrew is a great character, and it’s wonderful to see his growing dedication to (and love for) Connor. Any dom would be lucky to have such a conscientious and loving sub. But what I love most about the story is the remarkable—and believable—evolution of Connor, who moves from being Andrew’s selfish blackmailer to his appreciative and caring dom (though I am sure Connor would not consider himself a dom).

I love this story and especially the evolution of Connor from selfish blackmailer to caring dom (and friend)! I look forward to more of Andrew, Connor, and Zack in Making of a Slave.

It is really interesting that Trace and Celia are weekly churchgoers and that Joel’s parents go to church only three times a year. I tend to think that it makes perfect sense that weekly churchgoers goers would be more compassionate but the reverse is all too often true.
