I haven't seen the guy I have the hugest crush on in over a month. Whenever I see my work schedule, it's always frustrating because he works the day before and after I happen to work. Grr! Today, my friend Tammy and I felt like going shopping, so we decided to go into Express. We found some really cool tops for her and went over to the guy's section to look at some graphic tees. Out of nowhere, Josh comes up and starts talking to me! Holy eff.. lol I was so not prepared for that. We had pretty much walked around the store, and I hadn't seen him. Anyway.. I was a stumbling mess, and he was saying how he hadn't seen me in a while. Pretty much, I kept kicking myself after everything I said for not being witty and funny. But yeah, so I ended up ending the conversation by turning away and looking at other stuff. I had told Tammy about how HOT I thought he was months ago, and she was surprised to see that i was right. He's hot in an adorable type of way. I think he's about my height, maybe a little bit shorter. Blond. Cute. Really amazing smile. But yeah, so I bought some really cool shirts, one which I especially can't wait to wear! I went to the back to check out at the cash register, and he was there but his back was facing me so I couldn't really see him. He went to help someone in the front, and on my way out, Tammy was pushing me to go by and say bye. He looked busy, so I didn't. We get outside, and then Tammy starts. :wacko: She thinks he was totally interested and was trying to start conversation with me. I mean yeah, he didn't have to come talk to me since I wasn't even in his zone. I'm a little hesitant, because I'm completely gaga over him, so I don't want to misinterpret anything. But yeah, she said I came off aloof and not very interested (which is exactly how I act around guys I really like). Apparently, he seemed nervous but attempting to keep the conversation going, and at the cash wrap he was trying really hard not to look at me. Personally, I hope she's right. He gives me butterflies. And he's so nice! The only thing is, I really don't even know how to talk to him more, let alone get around and date the guy. I mean, we hardly ever even see each other at work! I would totally date him in an instant though, even over that stupid little pact. I got her permission though, so it's fine. I have a midterm I should be studying for for tomorrow. Instead, here I am gushing over the hot, sweet guy at work. *shakes head* I'm off! -Richie

I think I might reread The Log Way. I miss the old Aiden, who I had the HUGEST crush on. haha, oh fictional literary characters and how they can be so intriguing. But yeah, he was definitely one of my favorites. Jude and Aiden are probably my top two guys (that I would be romantically interested in) in Dom's stories, followed by Milo. The image I have in my mind is probably a lot different from what other people picture just because I tend to ignore descriptions that authors provide. Still, the personality is what really gets it.

This doesn't have to do with the last Harry Potter book, so it doesn't really belong here, but I'm going to post it here anyway. I saw the Harry Potter movie that just came out, and I actually really liked it! I'm probably the only person who thinks Ron is INCREDIBLY hot, but whatevs. I totally dig the sweet/dorky guys. I never really got into the whole frenzy with HP, but now I'm intrigued. I've read the first two books, and thought they were okay. I think I'm going to keep going.

Wow. You know, I really enjoyed reading that. First, I really like how you write. Your flow and style is quite interesting, even if it is just your blog. But more to the point, it made me think of my relationships with a handful of my friends in particular. The way you feel about your friends sounds a lot like how I feel about them, and I'm terrified of losing them, so I have an inkling of what you're going through. Where are they moving to? I wish I could console you in some way, but I'm not sure anyone could say anything to make me feel better if I were in your situation. If you need some candy or a stuffed animal to make you feel better... well, you would have to go buy them. But I can be counted on a shameless compliment if you need it! That always cheers me up. I was totally there! Only not really, I was in Irvine with my friend Kirstie, but we did the SAME thing. Only we didn't so much forget the rules as we just never knew them. It didn't stop us though! The wall did get a one-up on us though, I took one right to the face. It didn't hurt so much as it shook me up, lol. Anyhoo, I hope you feel better.
