Judging how he embraced her tells us otherwise. And he was waiting for her to call after that summer. He clearly was smitten with her back then. First love maybe? 🤔 But he was also troubled it seemed. Not sure because he was about to break his exclusive buttfucking deal with Matty or?!

On a second thought am a little worried now August is in the pic. Rusty definitely was happy to see her, excited even. From the look of it, it’ll be hard for Rusty to put an act in front of August.

It seems odd that Matty wasn’t a bit jealous of August but that Rusty was sort of thought Matty would? John has fallen for Matty now that’s kinda bit creepy lol

This is a great epilogue Parker, a great story one of the best I’ve read so far in GA. I’m glad that I persevered on the first few chapters as they were kinda too depressing to read on in the beginning. It’s only appropriate to read blessings poured out for our Andy. He deserved it. Yeah I was worried and in the opinion that you have over done it in the last few chapters prior to the epilogue. But like I said he deserved it. At first I didn’t get the A to Z title as I didn’t really find the story about those two, personally this was more the A story. But after second reading and more thoughts, it was quite apt. Z was the North Star that had driven A all the while like a magnet. It may not be a straight line but every time Andy fell out of the line he’d found himself back on track. Marriage was probably not the wisest choice, not at such young age but I can only blame the adults, the corrupt and hateful society/school/government that forced our kids to make adult decisions and am glad Andy (and Zander) did. Andy finally made that choice to secure his happiness. No one can ever separate himself, take away what’s his, he’s a Stevenson as much as he is a Walker. (Ok I still think marriage can wait esp when the Walker was revealed 😁) I’ve grown to love characters such as Monica and Garrett, Eustace and even Marjorie. Thank you for A to Z!

Her flaws made her real, perfect. Although I didn’t really see that as flaws but more what a loving and protective mother should be. Andy saw and felt that and probably why the ‘Mom’ outburst. I love her, give her the Oscar already 😂

I’m reading the book for the second time and I’m a bit ready this time but still choked up a lil on the previous chapter. Monica (and Garrett) is a great character here, I remembered the first time she was introduced, Belle singing while doing her morning chores came to mind. Andy, now there are many things that I wished he would have done differently but I realised probably that was just me comparing myself if I was of the same age as him but as an adult all I can do is exactly what Monica and Garrett were doing and they’ve done great job at it.

This is a neat chapter. Both characters seem to be quite matured for their age especially Peter. Already discussing important matters on how to pursue the relationship. It looks to me that Jason, if he was to be outed, he’d be ready some how. If Peter can make it, he can too. The Porsche got me confused for a sec, thinking he was Jason’s friend.

“…this is my team; I decide how we play, not you two. Next time you decide to use one of your own plays instead of mine, you will be benched. Am I clear?” Reminds me of my rugby coach back then but a guess most coaches would say the same thing. First chapter looks promising. Looks forward to read and finish the book.

First there was Rusty and then Jett (or was it the other way round?). I really enjoyed reading this. Well done!

For a while Rusty and Marty relationship was like the dumb jock meets the nerd, yeah I said that out and loud 😬

Birthday Cosplay, that’s a bit risky for Matty, big risk perhaps. But maybe it’s a risk on Rusty as well meeting with dad, which probably be good for both of them. Matty would see the real Rusty? Eventually understand this was all an act? And what’s with the fat guy candle? Is that like a memento or something lol

The first 4 paragraphs was beautiful. Oh Nelson finally at peace with his dad. It’s always a pleasure to find story like this which left you satisfied and made you smile and you managed to do that in just 17 chapters. It’s weird that I don’t have questions like ‘So what happened with Tom?’ things like that. I thank you for writing this .

That’s definitely a surprise however much I thought I was prepared for any of it but more surprising is that it was written so neat and smooth in one chapter. I’m amazed.

Only 4 chapters left? I hope it’s not rushed They’re both oblivious and fearful but as someone said, I too feel more disappointed at Andrew but hopefully he’d man up after that needed weeping. Aubrey is definitely a hypocrite telling himself what he was looking for in a relationship as if he’s found that in Tom. Now since there are 4 chapters left a guess there will be lots of dramatic scenes unveiled which requires drastic decisions. I was hoping there were more written story on Nelson. Thought it ended rather abruptly.

That was cute funny. Poor Andrew though Now TomKat was kinda surprising although I think they both deserve each other.

Was Drew out to bring Andrew down as well? I think Aubrey is just full of himself.

Wow on the Electricity interview. Thought that was neat and loved it! Reminds me of Billy Elliot except Andrew wasn’t as confused as that kid lol I already dislike Pride and sadly it seems to scrub on Ways in a way. Hopefully none of the kids read that Pride trash especially on that ‘smear campaign’ on Andrew. I don’t understand why Aubrey doesn’t get it by now even after Jim and Andrew’s mom thing. And am not sure if Tom was really after Andrew or Joel. Maybe he thought hurting Andrew will hurt Joel as much. I hope to see Nelson more as the story goes. Maybe to reconcile with his dad otherwise probably adopted into the Thompson family 😬

It seems most of the comments knew what’s behind the first write up on Andrew. But it boggles my mind why Aubrey wrote it in the first place (or was it Kat’s and Aubrey just put up his name on it?). I mean why would someone write something like that? Andrew doesn’t owe the world and he already did good things to begin with. Pride sounds like trash to me. Worse it painted bad on Aubrey as a writer and a person, a hypocrite.

That was a nice one. I cried, gasped a little reading Eustace’s letter. Had to run to my room to continue reading.

I was surprised with the Mom thing. I thought I’ve missed a chapter where he had started calling Monica that way. Andy surely is a bright kid. I like the way he posed the same questions back to others to get away from being the subject of the conversations. To even do that with Ambrose Whitley took wits and courage.I know it’s a defensive manoeuvre and certainly get the conversation going and interesting. And yeah I look forward for a Eustace reunion.

‘Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned‘ I’m not sure if Caroline fits that character though. I just wish she finally found her true love and the marriage separation would be done with civility. If she would pursue the war, I don’t think she can do any much damage with how quick George put up the defence. I am not sure if she’d join hands with the Guild, dunno

It’s hard to take Rusty and all his kinks seriously. Probably because it’s all an act so far. He’s loveable of course made you want to adopt him and pet his head. He’s clearly in a prison or some sort and I worry that once he finished study, finally freed, he might run away, leaving behind everything only to start all over again and chances live another life with a different acts altogether. And there’s little known facts about Matty. I’m not that worried about him though but that’s how light this story has been.
