Scott and I started going through the files to find which issues we could address immediately and which would take more time. Amazing how many opinions I'm getting on how they should structure their business and why. I've had an equal number of messages that offer the exact opposite advice, and as it's not extremely relevant how things are structured, I'm going with the advice my accountant gave me for my real life business. It makes me feel good that I've written such a realistic cast that people want to hire on as accountants and lawyers. Sorry, but I'm NOT paying you a retainer. You can bill Greg, he can afford it.

This will be resolved. I can't explain here or it would be a spoiler. Just like a dog pup has a huge learning curve, wolf-born pups, as you've coined them, learn on a similar curve. (Hey, it's fantasy) Something that does need to change, an old Alpha doesn't 'learn new tricks' so easily though. Everyone's assuming Wyatt and Connor will date after some cute flirting on the part of an innocent boy. Get angry at me when/if it develops into something.

One thousand three hundred views of chapter one, four hundred views of chapter seven... I'm new to the site, so I don't know the trends, but I'm told once it's marked 'complete', that disparity will level off. My theory is that people saw the vampire tag, and when they failed to see fangs and blood in the first two chapters, they moved on. I don't want to give the wrong impression; I dearly love the feedback and interaction with all of you who are commenting or messaging me, but seeing fewer readers as things go deeper is... disheartening. That said, I write the story because I love Greg and Scott and the rest of them. In the original, I wrote seventy chapters before I ever even thought about posting it anywhere. If I hadn't, I still love the 'ride' of writing it.

Just a note: I noticed a missing quotation mark and edited, correcting this minor error. I do this often, but I promise I will never change anything substantial without a long explanation. Another edit I made a few chapters back was a small change to make time flow properly. I won't highlight it, but if you're like me, you will notice it once Book 2 comes out. Again, I will never edit the actual 'story'. Once it's published, I'm stuck with it and have to write accordingly. If you feel I'm looking at this wrong, feel free to opine, and I'll consider your thoughts.

I changed out of my suit into a pair of shorts and a T-shirt, and then we headed over to Scott’s, where he put his suit away. I noticed that he announced we were there as he opened the front door and realized that, due to their lifestyle, it made sense. Then again, who other than family is going to walk in without knocking? As he was undressing, we discussed our plans and decided to find out if James and Donna wanted to finish our ‘Twilight’ marathon. When he started for the door, I stopped him.

Sunday morning, I woke before my alarm. My arms were wrapped around Scott, just like they were when I fell asleep. Scott was dead to the world. I'm thinking there are obvious signs that point the wrong way... not like have any inside information or anything... I do tend to make the author laugh... especially when he looks in a mirror. Seriously though, I thank you for your continued support and kind words. I live for them.
