  1. I call them fries, I work at a McDonald's (unfortunately), so that is what they are called. Tater tots are kinda gross, but if they are baked not fried they are ok to eat. Take a slice of fresh tomato, put some cottage cheese on top and then drizzle some low-fat italian dressing on. Yum! (Pepper to taste!) Oh yummy! Edamame is very good - and to think McDonald's was the first place I ever ate it ("Asian" Salad).
  2. Where is everyone? Well, I can't speak for anyone else but I'm at work or sitting in front of the phone making excuses to not call him. What do I like about this site? Well, I like that even though I don't post often, when I do post my post counts. Welcome I'm sure you'll love it here.
  3. Oh yes, this one was very good.
  4. Well, I used to think
  5. Well, sure I'd date a gay man. I'd even date a straight man if he was cute enough (of course I'd have no expectations for him though!). I've fairly wide restrictions on who I'd date. If you can't walk, can't talk I won't date you (i.e. babies and some geriatrics - not handicapped people). Hair is always a plus too
  6. OK, not actually having done the math I was quite disappointed, but since AFriendlyFace pointed out that most would in fact date a bi guy I've breathed a sigh of relief. I guess what I did is I took my personal experience with a few gay guys and then sterotyped the whole community. Kind of like what some guys have pointed out here, that they were hurt by a bi guy, and they refuse to go back. Just one question, ever been hurt by a gay guy? The answer is probably yes, they just didn't go to a woman. I understand there is some extra bad feelings that goes along with a bi guy going back to a woman. He left me for a woman? or Something was so wrong between us I turned him off guys? My ex-girlfriend and I had to sit down and talk about this after we broke up. I harbour no hard feelings towards the guys that said they would not date a bi guy, it is a personal choice. But I bet if the right bi guy came along you'd think twice. If not, your loss. Some of us are pretty cool
  7. I've put off reading this thread for the whole day because I thought it would look like this. I guess my views are best expressed through
  8. The nose? Well, could be worse for your mom! Hope you've thought it through, and then relish being 18 finally. Though suprising your mum might not be the best idea. Did you ever ask for one before you were 18? Stud>ring IMO.
  9. Farve is my hero. I grew up with him, and I always hope he wins. Dallas is not my favourite team, I'm not a big fan of any Dallas sports teams. Detroit, that's where the game's at! (Go Lions?)

  12. Despite being born and raise in the United States, I tend to use "colour." I don't know when I started using it, but I get a lot of flak about it! Although
  13. Hmm, I just bought gas at $3.15/gal. Thats down from recently. And I have one of those big SUVs you all hate so much. 1996 Isuzu Rodeo, its bascially a Chevy Blazer. I usually get near 13mpg with my V6. I'm in college, so I can't buy my dream car (SAAB 9-5 *swoon*). I want a smaller car, not just because of fuel efficiency...but I can't afford to buy another car. I'm from a GM town, so even though I don't like American cars, I'm partial to GM. I think that GM is caught between a rock and a hard place. Enviromental activists and people that think bigger is better. But then again I don't pretend to educate myself on the new fuel technologies. I understand the need to remove our dependency on fossil fuels, but my solution is a bit extreme. I say destroy technology and go bact to Renaissance level technology! Horses produce only a small amount of methane.
  14. Those are pretty good ones! Glad to know we're not the only ones with silly laws in the States. In my state it is illegal for a woman to get her hair cut without the permission of her husband.
  15. Well, I'm not sure how much it is about brain dominance, but I saw CW. It took me a long time to get CCW, but then I couldn't get rid of CCW! At least not till I looked away for a few minutes. I too inspected this in imageready and found no such evidence, the frames are a complete rotation (CW or CCW).
  16. Hi I hate these intro threads, but I feel so wierd just jumping in and posting. So I am Tarin of the Vast. Not really...but it has a ring to it. I am male. I am 19. I am from the USA. I speak English and French. I am attending uni for mechanical engineering. I love music. I do graphic design for fun. I'm bi, preferred male. I am single and looking, though to shy to actually ask anyone out. I write poems, I don't think they are good enough to share. I mostly lurk on forums, at least till I am comfortable. I hate talking about myself. You can thank Nikolas James' stories for my presence. Please don't hold it against him. Uh yeah, thats about it.
