    @Lynx003 oh, I suspect that Levi will be having his own internal conflicts, but we may not discover them for a little while. Maybe later, when he meets up with Toby at school, and the girl Toby likes, we might find out more . . .

I thought I'd edited them all out as I was leaving her nameless ... for the simple reason that I "thought" I had given her a name in one of the earlier stories and didn't want to call her by the wrong one! lol Looks like I'll have to do some back-reading and editing then! lol Not so sure about that "twin" idea though ... at least not in this case ... but maybe there might have been a set of Thompson twins at one point separated at birth, one raised by its natural parents and one raised by some nice folk in Macquarie Harbour ... could be interesting to see how that pans out! LOL

    @Summerabbacat or maybe Father Costas WAS a Catholic priest, defrocked because of his non-conformist views, which fly in the face of the modern church's views, and who just managed to find a home at the Thompsonville Community Church, and as he WAS a Catholic priest, his naturally leaning with his new congregation is to -- somewhat loosely -- follow those traditions (which include Midnight Mass) . . . maybe . . . 😂

    @Summerabbacat oh yes, I suspect that Father Costas from the non-denominational Thompsonville Community Church will be introduced to Levi at some point. Matt and Luke are heading into uncharted territory - for them - so their journey is possibly going to be almost as interesting as Levi's.

No specific personal experience with an event like what has happened with Levi and Matt, though I guess that almost anyone who sees a close family member take their last breath will have some inkling as to the feelings that they, and others around them will experience. It's all a part of life, I guess.
