Pretty good chapter. They finally had sex and it was hot. but IMO, could've been hotter. The sex scene felt rushed with very little or limited description; not enough to get into it 🤷🏼‍♂️ Hoping sex scenes get more intense and descriptive in upcoming chapters 🤞🏽🙏🏼

Well done once again @CasualWanderer82. What a turning point chapter for both Nora and Daniel. Can’t say I’m surprised really. Love the way Nora handled the realization of the end of their marriage with grace, love and understanding. Beautiful actually 💞 I can see the love between Nora and Alec growing quickly into something strong and deep. I can also see one of @CasualWanderer82 ‘s time-jumps (ex. “5 years later…”) to show how their love story morphs into something special over time – marriage, kids? 🤷🏼‍♂️ Also, while I like the heat between Max and Daniel, I don’t think they’re end game for each. They’re enjoying each other and having fun for sure. And although Max has professed his love for Daniel multiple times, I don’t think Daniel feels the same. Truthfully, I think Daniel’s heart is elsewhere (Malik ?). For me, Daniel and Max together is too obvious; too “on the nose” if you will. As we’ve seen, @CasualWanderer82 doesn’t do obvious 😊 I feel a twist coming up. Btw, judging from the other commenters, I may be alone in this, but I’m still team Daniel + Malik. While I agree with @Cane23 's comment in the previous chapter – “Malik was the catalyst” – I respectfully disagree with the assertion that Malik is not the “destination” for Daniel. I think for Daniel, Malik represents many life-altering emotions, not least of which is breaking open closed doors, the transformative experience of exposing his true self and being fully seen. When all is said and done, I think Daniel will ultimately find Malik and come full circle with the man / catalyst who changed his life. Here’s to wishful thinking/hoping 🙏🏼🤞🏽

GOOD LORD! I'm SLOWLY making my way through this story Gotta say, this is probably one of the LONGEST slow-burn stories I've read to-date. Cool story which I'm getting into more and more with each chapter. But holy crap, the amount of details (most of it relevant) included in each chapter could rival "War and Peace"!

Good story so far with some clear substance abuse issues to resolve. but what a shame. This chapter was leading to a steamy intimate scene, only to find the author preferred to skip describing that scene altogether. Disappointing actually. hoping things change in upcoming chapters 🤷🏽‍♂️

Really good story; well written. A nice slow burn with just the right amount of tension and nice H.E.A. ending. However, there was one big disappointment. The author decided not to describe the intimate scenes in better detail. The few moments (not many at all) were so loosely implied, it's almost as if they never happened at all 🤷🏼‍♂️ Shame really. IMHO, were it not for this gap, the story would've been an excellent read!

Oh ok. Understood. Judging from the other comments, I guess im the only one with that request. For me, those descriptions - when done well/organically - help frame my imagination and keep me engaged. Especially as I tend to have so many scattered thoughts while reading good stories. but anyway, I get it and will continue to follow and enjoy the ride through this well written, romantic story 🫶🏼

Hoping it'll be epic and steamy 🤤 If there is tension/drama (ex. Tak?) coming in the following chapters, really hope Sev and Aiden make it through to a H.E.A. ending. BTW, the level of detail included in each chapter is next-level🤯 Although, IMHO, if there were more detailed character descriptions included, it would increase the "heat-index" by 1000% 🔥😋 For example, "...he stood at 6'2, 200lbs with deep hazel eyes, beautiful thick curls, strong, full pecs, bulging biceps, a long, thick and veiny 9inch cock with two globes for balls nestled between thick muscular legs ...” Cant wait for more chapters soon 🙏🏼🤞🏼🫶🏼

Wow. Just finished this story and was hooked from the very beginning. although, gotta say, quite disappointed with the ending.😩 given all the ups and downs throughout the chapters, this story definitely deserved an EPILOGUE-not Book 2. One where after some time apart and forgiveness, Noah and Jace have rekindled their love for each other and find themselves ready to remarry. that I think, would’ve been the perfect H.E.A. ending to a beautiful story. 💕

I'm sure this will set up the upcoming chapters nicely. Really liked Daniel's brief reflection on his experience with Malik..."A hand on his hip. Malik's, certain. A whisper at the hinge of his jaw. The heat of two bodies. The feeling of Malik's cock inside him." Maybe even some foreshadowing of more hot sessions with Malik? 🤷‍♂️🤞🏽 If I read this chapter correctly, seems Malik may have unlocked Daniel's deep-rooted "hunger"? Although, having said that, not sure how I feel about Max. He seems to have an agenda - take advantage of Daniel ? - or did I read too much into his interaction with Daniel?

Well, @CasualWanderer82 has done it again! Definitely didn't disappoint!!! By the way, oh to be in that brain of @CasualWanderer82 when he's writing. The creative word choice, innuendos and undertone in his phrasing is just MASTERFUL. Most times, I have to re-read his chapters to fully grasp the intensity of the scenes. For example, "...Vow number one: stop outsourcing your courage. You want to say no to Nora, say it like a man. You want to say yes, say it because you're choosing the marriage you want, not because you're scared of losing the one you have." This chapter was a SCORCHER 🔥🔥🔥 It had just the right level of detail where it mattered most and pulled you in completely🥵 After the emotional roller-coaster that was "Down in the Holler", I thought I needed a breather and was on the fence after the 1st chapter of this story. Not sure I would continue to follow. But after this chapter, I'm now most definitely HOOKED and anxiously waiting for MORE🤤
