So sorry for your loss, really.

I think this is a particularly bad time in our history. We finally elected a black president and now it's open season on him,(not born here,etc.), Gay people are finally fed up and want the rights they deserve and some people"feel threatened". Now to the mosque thing,there is already a mosque two blocks away from ground zero.So what's the big deal. If ground zero is such"hallowed sacred ground" why build anything there. Those type of people(haters) will use any excuse to find people to blame.My own stupid bigoted husband hears from me all the time about my opinions re: Gay Rights,etc. and says "what do they want?" Which is the same thing he said in the 60's during civil right for the b lacks and also women's rights. Of course,my answer is just everything you want. Sorry for being long winded but you see those people will always find someone to blame for their idiotic screwed up pathetic lives.

Please write a story about him he sounds intriguing.You could do it with your talent just from seeing him once.

I've read your short stories and cried my eyes out after "Three for Jake", so if this is going to be a tearjerker please let me know. I have started on Jake and since it sounded familar I looked for info on the forum. I really like his character so I hope you re-think the ending. Please.You are very talented.

Wow What a powerful chapter. That had to be extremly difficult to write. This a tough story to read, although I like the characters and this is fiction. This happens for real all to often and they get a slap on the wrists. Brilliant chapter. Thanks Dom In the story I Think My Name is Steven. He was with his captor for 7 yrs. and help rescue another boy and sadly was killed nine yrs later in an accident.I think he had two children.So very tragic.
