    Thriller

    whoa... they're good
  2. Chap 24! YAY! Nice completion of the partial plot about Brian. Now, after reading the last part of this chapter, I am secure to say that Brian should redeem himself. He's going to fall flat on his face and I hope he realizes his mistakes and redeems himself. (I'll change my vote in the right thread right after posting this. ). Though I'm not sure he's the right one to be with Cody, I think his time will come in the next story or the one after. Now the best part of the chapter! I vote for "dinner at Escorial" becoming an idiom! or at least part of CAP slang! And it really was passage of power what we witnessed... I have to admit... I like Calvert, even George and Travers, MaC and all but Bloodlines always make my day! And I almost forgot Claire! Way to go girl!
  3. Guys, you're HUGE! (Pun intended ) I wonder if you could make your pics smaller a little... Sam, now we know you're hot! So you don't have to be shy to show a much recent pic
  4. Too funny Tifanny! Now why all the bad guys are bitchy like Neil? They don't have to be that evil, they're just like him when they open their mouth. And Brad is a real Michael Corleone! Let's go to the mattresses! :2hands: I'd soooo like to know what was going on in Brad's head in that time! The scene on the patio was one of the best in the story! (Brad already tacked one bitch, he surely knows how to deal with them! )
  5. Well I disagree. This statement about age and settling down is a non-sense. It's strictly subjective and a matter of mental development. Matt is 18 or 19. At this age he's mature enough to leave his parents and live his life on his own, he proved he's able to manage his sexual life according to his desires and from what I see, he has brain and he uses it. He's very bright and I'd say more mature that e.g. Cody, so really... cut it off - there's no age of being mature enough to settle down. Moreover, if he goes steady with Cody, he won't be all that settled down, I bet. It's also a matter of the other partner - Matt can't settle down with one of his peers but I'm sure he can do that with someone older than him. (It's not particularly an answer to Tim's post, there were more people to say that.)
  6. Like I said, I'm learning to trust you. Still, it' frustrating to see how people can complicate their lives (more so I think maybe I complicate mine too

    An odd confession

Leave it for Tim to make odd confessions!
  8. Well it's the cultural base of our civilization... even Slavic languages have something from Latin (there was Latin liturgy, schools and universities were in Latin in the Middle Ages, etc.
  9. Happy birthday man!
  10. EXCUSE! ME, erm... hrm... I wish you HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Enjoy your day! Oh! And it's the 21st one! Then NO ALCOHOL from now on! It doesn't taste that much now when you can drink it! ;-D
  11. Yay! This is gonna be a very fine weekend after all!
  12. and now when we know Mark can do threesomes...! Well I said they should talk - but maybe they should f**k instead!

    Update: Anymore advice?

Well... I think you should have told him. Now it's a little tricky because you knew when he was talking about the other thing and didn't say anything, that's charged as "complicity" But I don't know if I had guts to tell him if I were in your shoes...
  14. "Romanes eunt domus." I love that part in the Life of Brian! I had Latin at my grammar school (like your high school). I speak Czech, English, French, I understand German and I'm studying Hungarian. When I have time I plan to go on Spanish and Italian. Bragging finished.
  15. Cross posts are for poor soap operas or TV series on decline This may be a soap opera BUT not on decline! Moreover, this one is like "quality soap", no need to cross post.
  16. well there's Neil of course...
  17. How old is humphreys anyway? Younger than Granger? Humphreys and Fitzwilliam on one ship!
  18. That's my Mummy! ;-D
  19. Huh... It looks you're going to lose one friend...
  20. so it's up to me to start the topic... well it was beautifully written Mark, skillfully and with tact, not overly dramatic but still sad I like how the teammates now know how to console Matt and are not afraid to do it they're real friends (and I must admit, when I first saw the comment to the chapter, I thought the kidney turned off )
