The Arcana Archives of Carmi'Esis - 4. Stuck in a Maze

This is a tribute to the wonderful subs I have met in the DiC. :D

Abram Onugad
Ambassador of Heindelberg
Castle of Westrom

When my heart travels to the left,
my body would turn to the right,
the peace is but a victim of a theft,
for all is stirred by my deep fright.

My decision is naught and a wonder,
and my ribcage is fighting for another,
my head had been struck down by thunder,
my heart and mind had disagreed altogether.

So I seek what is beyond of me,
to the sea, to the mountains and hilltops
in the end, I’m just tempted to flee,
for my heart had turned into dry crops.

How I wish that life would abound,
once more I shall breathe in fresh air,
looking to the One whom I truly adore
as He rescues me into His amazing care.

So I should stand up all the more,
even if everyone had fled to the void,
I have knelt by His feet on the floor,
for He would have my anxiety destroyed.

He raised me up and caressed my face,
telling me to focus on His graceful eyes,
as I lunged myself into His eternal embrace,
because I have realized He is my prize.

I thought The Arcana Archives of Carmi'Esis was a story of yours, Solus, not a collection of poetry, so I'm glad you shared the link to this in DIC, or else I might not have seen it. You've captured the root qualities of D/s well in this poem. Your openness to the Lifestyle, and to learning and understanding the dynamics, means a great deal to many of us who frequently feel censured. Our subs will benefit from this kind of boost, so thank you for posting and sharing it. Cheers - Mac

Thank you, Mac! :)

Yes, that was the original plan. But then, it has evolved further into something beautiful. Something more than the plans I have intended and would remain so. The description will remain as is. I want it to be hidden, but magical. This might end up being a collection of poetry for the broken, the hurt, the outcast, the special people out there, and everything in between. :)

Thank you. You offer us respect and sincerity.  And you honour our boys and girls, and they deserve it. They work hard to serve us, care and love us. I am grateful you can see us as clearly as you do.

You're welcome! :)

Thank you as well, for allowing me to view this kind of lifestyle. Truth be told, I have only encountered this a couple of weeks ago when I got "lost" into the DiC. Hopefully, more people would understand.
