Family embrace - Prologue. A mother's Eternal Embrace

This poem is about a mother who has recently passed.

Dedicated to my Mom who left a Grand Canyon-sized hole in my heart. But she also left all these memories of her love and dedication to me and her family.

I call out her name when I seek comfort

I call out her name when I am seeking the loving touch of a mother

I call out her name when I’ve had a bad dream

I will call out her name when I'll see her once again in heaven

In moments of joy and sorrow, her name is my haven,

Her love, an everlasting presence in my heart.

Though she's no longer here, her spirit lives on,

Guiding me through the darkness, leading me to the dawn of a better day.

When I call out her name, I feel the loving touch of a mother

When I call out her name, my bad dreams cower in fear.

When I call out her name, I feel nothing but love

When I call out her name, I feel comfort.

When I call your name, I feel your love that fills my heart

And with that love, I feel like I can conquer life without you by my side.

I will always love and miss you mom. I'll see you when it's my, time.
