Ghost In The Guitar - Prologue. Prologue
Another Lee Wilson foray into the world of music. I hope you all enjoy it. As was the case in ‘Don’t Blame The Band,’ the fictional song titles are from poems by a friend, used by permission.

PARSIPPANY, NJ: Russell Anderson, lead guitarist for the rock and roll band Stars and Slackers, died late last night in a motorcycle accident. Anderson, 27, was traveling west on US Route 80 when he was struck in the neck by a metal car part which was apparently run over by a vehicle in front of him. Anderson’s helmet only partially blocked the metal.
Police at the scene are investigating whether the metal was placed on the highway intentionally or not.
Nigel Smith, drummer and de facto leader of Stars and Slackers indicated it was a “tremendous loss for the band and for rock music in general.” He refused to speculate on the future of the band.
Funeral services are yet to be announced.
