Good Times - 4. Chapter 4

Winter's Embrace

In the hush of night, the snowflakes fall, A silent dance, a whispered call. Blanket white on fields and trees, A tranquil world of frozen seas.

Each flake a crystal, delicate and pure, A fleeting beauty, fragile yet sure. The world transformed, a pristine sight, Beneath the stars, in the cold moonlight.

Amidst the chill, a hearth does blaze, Its warmth a beacon in winter's haze. Crackling logs and embers bright, A fire's glow in the silent night.

It speaks of comfort, tales untold, of cozy nooks and hearts grown bold. The flames, they flicker, dance, and weave, A symphony of warmth, a gentle reprieve.

Snow and fire, a perfect pair, One cold and crisp, the other fair. Together they create a scene, Of winter’s beauty, pure and serene.
