Good Times - 5. Chapter 5

Ghost Horses and Lonely Cowboys"

In the hush of night, where shadows fall, Ghostly horses answer a lonesome call. They gallop through the moonlit skies, Echoes of bygone, haunting cries.

Lonely cowboys, hearts so bare, Dream of love no longer there. Beneath the stars, they ride alone, Their sorrow mingled with the unknown.

Spectral steeds, in wisps they fly, Silent phantoms against the sky. Memories of a time once shared, With ghostly whispers, now ensnared.

Each cowboy’s heart, a silent plea, For love that was, now gone to sea. They chase the past on endless plains, In a dance of hope, and ghostly reins.

When dawn approaches, shadows fade, Yet lonely hearts in darkness wade. For ghostly horses, ever near, Hold the dreams, the cowboys’ tears.

Love on a Rainy Day

In the soft whisper of rain’s mournful cry, two hearts drift apart beneath the somber sky. The world outside, a dreary gray, Reflects the love that fades away.

Raindrops cascade on windowpanes, each drop a memory of past pains. In the storm's cold and lonely midst, Empty space where once we kissed.

Through the rhythm of the falling rain, Echoes of sorrow in a sad refrain. Whispered words, now lost to night, Warmth replaced by lingering blight.

Hand in hand, once held so tight, now distant shadows in fading light. Eyes that spoke in silent plea, turn away from what used to be.

Yosemite's Majesty

In the heart of Sierra’s embrace, Yosemite stands, a timeless place. Granite giants touch the sky, El Capitan and Half Dome, oh so high.

Waterfalls cascading with might, Bridalveil and Yosemite, a breathtaking sight. Mists that dance in morning’s glow, Nature’s wonder in a splendid show.

Giant sequoias, ancient and wise, Guardians of secrets under starry skies. Tuolumne’s meadows, green and vast, Whispering tales of ages past.

Valleys carved by nature's hand, A masterpiece, a wondrous land. Where rivers carve through canyons deep, And Mountain peaks their vigil keep.

Wildflowers bloom in vibrant hue, Eagles soar in skies so blue. Deer and bear in forests roam Yosemite, a nature’s home.

Sunsets blaze with colors grand, Night descends on tranquil land. Stars emerge, a celestial sea, Yosemite’s night, wild and free.

In every corner, beauties found, A sacred place, hallowed ground. Yosemite, where hearts do soar, A nature’s hymn, forevermore.
