Poems, Old and New - 4. Eleven months

11 months still one to go,

It will be worth it, be it quick or slow.

I love you now and I always will,

I’ll love you till you’ve had your fill.

When you’ve had your fill, I’ll still love you more.

For those who give and receive love, are never poor.

Tried to sneak this one by me, huh? Well I'm slow but I'll find out!!
Seriously, these are sweet and lovely but what I like most is they aren't perfect (pls dont be offended by that) and while they aren't, they are something more important, they are honest.
I love them and I'll be back next time!!

Thank you, I was tempted to correct them as I posted them in the stories box, but, then I decided I liked the memories as they were.

I also wanted people to see the difference between my style (and bad spelling and grammar) then and how I write now.

And I would never try and sneak anything pass you my friend. There are a few more set to post automatically everyday (1am UK time), then I will have to start writing again.

I really liked this, Caz. I read it over a few times. The beginning gave me a sense of foreboding -- one more month to go -- then the line after that -- what will happen? It sounds ominous. I really liked that. :) My favorite line, of course, is the last one. Sorta like the saying: "It's better to have love and lost, then to have never loved", I think that's how the end of the saying goes! lol

Great poem, Caz!

Great poem, Caz!

Haha, I hadn't read it from that point of view before. It was actually one month to go till our wedding. His mother was trying to get it stopped and I wrote that to tell him to tell her to get stuffed (or words to that effect) because I was marrying him whether she liked it or not.

Thank you for the review
