Just Some Poems - 8. ∆ plague ∆

you plague my mind,

blue eyes burn behind each blink,

rosy lips on my mind.

i often wonder about you,

my thoughts wander,

building a fable of you and i.

it hurts to know the truth,

to know we are of different standing,

that we will never be one.

i want to say something,

but we are opposites,

we are unknown to each other.

you are known by all,

i am barely known by some,

but you know my name.

often i catch your gaze,

blue eyes darting away,

just like my dreams.

I really like the way you tell your story in your poem. The last few lines were especially powerful and you built up to them particularly well. You make me sad and reflective here, and I hope you have found some solace. Thank you for sharing this.

I have absorbed a different perspective. You induced your sadness into some what anger and thrown into this poem. Every ending line of every stanza felt like, a bomb shell. Just Bang!!! Bang!!! Bang!!! I just loved them and I hope you are feeling fine now.

And if you need someone you can find someone here on GA. Thank you for sharing your (feelings)poetry with us. :)
