Emi's Poetry Prompts - 3. Poetry Prompt 3 - Lyrics

span style="font-size:1em;line-height:1.3em;">A Lyrics poem I finally tried and hope you guys like it

Hope Still

To feel being loved by someone;

I can run the whole world.

Instead what I found in result;

deceit and perfidy.

Dragging myself from misery;

never an easy task.

Still hoping the best will happen;

high and inspirited.

span style="font-size:1em;line-height:1.3em;">:thankyou: to SkinnyD and AC Benus for their valuable suggestions for my poetry. :thankyou:  to all for reading my poetry. And don't forget to leave a review. I Love to hear what you think.

Like the overall theme of overcoming adversity and maintaining hope. You convey that really well. This is an encouraging pair of lyric verses for those who read them!

Your message comes through beautifully, Emi. It does get better... life is a journey, and we must take the bad with the good. Good work, my friend... cheers... Gary....

Thanks for taking the Lyrics Poetry Prompt challenge :) Your poem flows very nicely, and a subtle rhythm plays back and forth. Good Job. I hope you keep up with the form, and maybe even try a few Hindi examples for us on Live-Poets.

Cheers!
