As part of the Lost Souls Series and The Boot World readers may benefit from reading the other stories previously published, although it isn't necessary it could help you to enjoy this story more.

Ian and Kevin have moved into their new house, they have a good future to look forward to if everything works out how they have planned.
Although they are young a lot has happened to them in their lives. They start this next chapter of their lives reminiscing over the events that have brought them to this point and like all couples they continue to make and modify their future plans.
We do get at least a glimpse of what the future holds for them.

Ian and Kevin were two homeless boys, but with the help of their new family and friends at The Boot are now successful business men.  All is well until they get tragic news and begin planning a rescue of an orphan.  The story is well written and the characters are all endearing, even the spies and body guards.   Although the story is part of The Boot series, it easily stands by itself.  This is a rewarding read that will leave you feeling great.
