Henry Atwood is still in the sixth form of Medwardine school.  He is intrigued by new arrival, Rudi Burlesdon, red-headed, sullen and alienated.  Henry likes to help, but once again gets way out of his depth, for in Rothenia a new spirit is rising and Rudi is not the boy he appears to be.

A very well written story which accurately depicts the trial of adolescence, the joy of first love, the passions of youth, while at the same time the intrigue of the reclamation of the throne of a young king.  Mike Arram has continued the saga of Rothenia while at the same time sharing the story of Henry Atwood.  From the first chapter, the reader is taken on a journey that is full of romance, yet tempered by reality.  A great read!!
