An intriguing story where the main character pontificates to his sister's husband about why retirement isn't as wonderful a  many assume.  He also rants about the herd mentality where people all act the same throughout their school years, which carries over into later life, and how a homophobic society kept him from spending his prime sexual years about being gay.  There is plenty of humor as well, so give this short story a try.
