Lines and Squiggles Resembling Poetry - 1. Tell Me . . .

for carringtonrj

Lies, sweet–sweet, lies

breathing caresses against your ear

Truth pressed upon your lips

telling secrets—bold secrets

Laughter in defiance of truth

holding a world in abeyance

My hands advance my persuasion

I tell you these things

Yes–No–Maybe? What do you think?

Great poem, Ron!

It gave me goose bumps. :)

Hmm, now I think RJ owes YOU a poem. lol

Thank you, Lisa. No, no one owes me a poem, and certainly not the one who inspired this one. If I may hijack the reply, I meant to say previously get B. Cumberbatch to read my poem aloud - well, that may be more opportunity for goose bumps. :)
