Memories of our first time are things we carry with us throughout our lives. For Owen, his first time is the defining moment of his life, and the moment he found the reason to live and survive, they are memories of a golden boy he's never stopped loving.
Being 2014, it is the centenary of the beginning of the Great War, and I really wanted to do something to remember a time in our history when so many boys went away to a front line to fight a war no one could possibly win, and never came home.
This is my little way of saying, "Gone, but never forgotten."
