Coach Hunt ate in comfortable silence. Sterling had the ability to stand so still, people would easily forget he was there at all. The master’s thoughts wandered and took him back to the night before. It was like a movie playing in his mind. He saw himself looking down at Lance’s face as they stood at the foot of his bed. The bedroom was quiet and his whisper had filled the space. Coach Hunt reached for the button on Lance’s jeans.

"Hang on." He said and he reached down and undid his laces and pulled his work boots off. “I want to make out first.”
