  1. By the time the first bell rang at Halo City High, something had already gone wrong. Actually, well, a lot of things. For starters, the front doors weren’t built for giants and nobody, not even Principal Roberts who was the second tallest person in school, was able to convince the school board to install larger doors throughout the campus. On the first day of school, the students liked to gather outside. The popular crowd ruled over the picnic tables while others who longed to belong would
  2. In a city of rigid laws and hidden magic, Halo City High School's Senior Class is a powder keg. From jock rivalries to a janitor who’s actually an industrial spy, these students are breaking every rule. In Halo City, their forbidden love may be a sin—but getting caught is business as usual.
  3. Thank you. Nothing more important than keeping yourself in a balanced state with everything going on in the world.

    Erroneous

This is the first story I had time to read this week and I'm glad I chose it. It has all the stuff I enjoy on a good mystery. I'll be back to read the other chapters as soon as I have time. Top notch.
  5. Welcome. I hope you have as good a time as I've been having. Fairly new to this platform. I'll be sure to check out your contributions.
  6. Coach Hunt is at this point trying to understand it himself. More gets revealed in the next chapters. To not spoil anything, we will all discover together how much is him, the magic, the house and/or his ancestors.
  7. The mansion stood at the edge of the city behind iron gates and old oak trees whose branches stretched wide over the long driveway. The house was built of deep red brick that had darkened with time. Marble columns framed the entrance, and tall windows reflected the sky in pale sheets of light. The estate was built by earlier members of the Hunt family who believed wealth should look permanent and for many years it did. Wide halls connected enormous rooms filled with antique furniture and pa
  8. Coach Hunt woke slowly, not to the sound of an alarm or sunlight creeping across the room, but to the distant rush of the shower running. For a moment he lay still, staring up at the high plaster ceiling of the bedroom. The mansion’s master suite was cavernous, designed in another century and for people who had believed space itself was a display of wealth. Tall windows framed by velvet drapes let in the pale gray of early morning. Somewhere outside, birds had begun their lively conversatio
  9. Coach Hunt ate in comfortable silence. Sterling had the ability to stand so still, people would easily forget he was there at all. The master’s thoughts wandered and took him back to the night before. It was like a movie playing in his mind. He saw himself looking down at Lance’s face as they stood at the foot of his bed. The bedroom was quiet and his whisper had filled the space. Coach Hunt reached for the button on Lance’s jeans. "Hang on." He said and he reached down and undid his laces and pulled his work boots off. “I want to make out first.”
  10. I was intrigued by the setting. Usually I find myself gravitating towards tropical, hot places that for some reason I associate with romance in my twisted mind. Your choice to place the story in a snow environment was what caught my attention initially, now I am invested in them and want to find out what happens next. Cheers.

    Chapter 1

Good soups take time to cook. I'm looking forward to see where this journey takes them. Thanks.

    Chapter 1

This was a very enjoyable introduction to the characters. I particularly liked the easy approach to the descriptions of their physical traits. There seems to be a lot of directions the story can take. I'll be looking forward to reading some more.
  13. Thank you everyone for your warm welcome. I hope this weekend affords me the time to explore this platform without neglecting my family and dogs too much. I can't wait to read some of the pieces you share, particularly those dealing with the subjects of Size Difference, MMRomance and Power Exchange. I will share some of my work with you as soon as I can figure out how to do it, lol.
  14. In my personal opinion and as one who loves fiction about cheating spouses, the whom they are married too is less important than the lies and intrigue of the piece to be honest. Meant lightheartedly, congratulations on your marriage of many years.
