Indomitable is a useful word, but it is a little hard to pronounce. The word for yesterday: 'struthious', I will have to admit, is one I have never heard of before and it is rare enough that it gets my spell checker all excited. To be introduced to a word with which I am unfamiliar is a rare event; I am a great one to cherish new words, sometimes to the confusion of my partner, to whom English is a second language, That is okay however, as he frequently confuses me with the use of his 'milk language', Portuguese!

To me (also speak English as a second language) the problem is, it's one of those weird words you'd think it's spelt as "indominable" rather than "indomitable."  So why is something that cannot be eaten, inedible, but something cannot be drunk, undrinkable (rather than unpotable, which is just plain weird.  LOL).    I say it's abomination.
