It's also a rifle, the Bushmaster brand, and it encompasses several different weapons, including the AR15.

The first gun they made was the Bushmaster Arm Pistol, which was initially designed as a survival arm for the USAF but never adopted.

Let's not forget the 158th Infantry Regiment of the Arizona National Guard who picked up the nickname "Bushmasters" during their deployment to Panama for jungle warfare training where they encountered the deadly Bushmaster snake.
