People have different experiences... some good some bad. I am sick and tired of people excusing their behaviour because of bad things that have happened to them. Bad things happed to lots of people who go on to be good, strong, powerful individuals.

This man is a scumbag. The fact that he was abused as a child has no relevance to that. Ok it was bad but it didn't make him... he did that.

I completely agree with both of you. Alright, you were sexually abused... sucks. You are also a GROWN MAN now and you are imposing your beliefs on people, just the way that that scumbag did to you when you were 12.

Ugh, sorry. I sound really mean but I dont give a crap what happened to you or who did what to you, you control your OWN HAPPINESS. Yes there will be things that will scar you, but it is up to you to either move on and accept it for what it is, a scar, or to pick at the scab and let whatever some d-bag did to you affect the rest of your life.

You know although he got abused by his scout master doesn't give him an excuse for the way he acts, others has gone throught the same shit and hasn't turn out like him trying to block rights etc. It almost sounds like he's trying to get sympathy for his actions towards other groups.
