Okay...so people have been asking for more of Sunny's Angel. The last time I posted a chapter for this story was in July. I started writing chapter 10, I even have notes, but I go back and look at it, and I ask myself, what the hell was I thinking. I continue to think about it now and after going through the chapters, the only thing that comes to mind is deleting the entire story and rewriting it in its entirety.

 

I just don't know what to do with the story anymore. I was so proud of what I had done because it was the first story I ever wrote, but now it's like...what???

 

I'm really tempted to delete the whole story and change the majority of the themes and scenes that happened within it. I just don't know.

 

More later, my mom got home and thinks she can put me to work :(

So, lets discuss SA.

 

I'll admit I may be one of the people to nudge you to do some more writing on it, but know that is because I have liked what I have seen so far. Also, there is a fine line between a author needing a push, and pushing so hard that the author wants to throw up there arms and run away.

 

Hopefully you are not at that point sad.gif .

 

As far as deleting everything and starting over again, you have every right to do so.

 

At first I was skeptical when DK decided to rewrite Vampire Jared as I really liked the story. Then he 'deleted' it and began the rewrite which I'm even enjoying more.

 

Hint to be taken from here; don't permanently delete the original, save it somewhere you can reference it in the future and just pull it from being on-line.

 

Besides, when you are a nationally best selling author, think how much that original draft or attempt will be worth tongue.gif .

 

Just remember whatever you do, it is your decision and nobody else's.

I see that you have three stories and their all not done.

 

I looked at SA at the last chapter ... and from what I recollect from reading the story ...

 

Its a story that grows on you.

 

I say keep on moving forward!!

 

You've gone along way from the first write!

 

It feels like you got a lot of story to tell - even though its shrouded in the mystery of whats going on in these two families.

 

It compels us to await for more of the story ... mmm ... are you going to out chapter CJ like to chapter 60!!

 

Chin up ... its only the beginning of the story ... we still in mystery of the rest.

Yeah, Linxe, please don't give up on it...remember, the whole story is actually a flashback, so you've got lots of flexibility to build the story back around to that beginning and then, possibly, continue from the 'present day' perspective.

Well you could rewrite it. But like wildone said, don't delete it but lock it away. I haven't read the story but if you feel like rewriting do it, it's your work :)

I don't know what i'm going to do with it yet. I think, for now, I'm just going to leave off and come back to it someday. Until then, I will continue with Spider Webs as I have a more thorough idea of what I'm doing there.
