I hear you. I've been suffering some myself.

 

Though I do have a nice outline of things I plan to do soon.

Only advice I have is:

 

Drop everything, and go out and:

- Have some fun

- Get a good meal

- Get some good, long sleep

 

Not necessarily in that order, some may need repeating (especially the sleeping part), but it does help.

 

When you start working again:

- set workable targets

- select a couple of small tasks that need to be done IRL, and finish them

- give yourself a nice, little reward every time a task is completed (doesn't have to be a Ferrari, a nice cuppa will do...)

 

Then you will feel you have achieved something.

 

Now, if only I could learn to follow my own advice :wacko:
