Any Fire Emblem Fans Here?

Just curious. I know Hunter is with me as a fan.

 

I've been playing the games since Super Smash Bros. Melee (i.e. I played a translated ROM of FE6 before FE7 was released, the first to come to North America). FE stories have had varying levels of quality, but since FE6 have had relatively good character development through support and/or base conversations. They never cease to amuse me and get multiple playthroughs so I often cap out at +/- 600h of play for each game.

 

Awakening really increased the profile of the series, and the marriage system in Awakening and Fates has produced a mass increase in fanfic, weeabooism, waifu and husbando fights, etc. so I'm also curious to see if there are more people who have been playing before the 3DS era, or more people who've been aboard for longer.
