How do I reactivate messenger after disabling it?

How can I reactivate messenger after disabling. The tab no longer in upper right. I tried sending from another profile.

 The way to turn on I'm sure is there, but not labeled for blind. I've randomly been playing with tabs.

I'm not sure how you disabled it, but I was able to turn it back on for you through the system controls, so you should be able to find it and send/receive messages again. :)
