Hmmm, I like sports and activity. Although I've always been kinda a bigger guy (right now I'm 6' 185lb). The biggest I've ever been was 235 lbs. at the end of football season my Junior year. I've never really wanted to get that big, but at the varsity level as a lineman, I had to be so I did. At the end of that football season, I made it my goal to drop below 200 lbs. because I hated being that big. So I did, and I worked my ass off and got down to 178 lbs by this past October. I was also planning on enlisting in the Army at that point in my life and I wanted to go infantry, so needless to say I needed to be in really good shape. Running 3 miles every day and lifting 5 days a week. A lot of work, but it was worth it.
While I'm lazier now since skiing season has ended, I still go for runs once or twice a week and hit the weights sometimes. And I can't wait to go hiking now that the weather is warming up!
