    Day 53

You actually wrote an entry for every day of your work... That's pretty cool.

    American Idol

I think this is one of those shows that you get the most out of watching from the beginning so you get to know everyone a little better. That way it becomes less of a one-time talent show and more of a reality tv series, which I like better. Here's my guess, next week it's gonna be Josh leaving, then Jessica with PP as the winner. That's my call. PP clearly has the most fans at this point and Jessica/Josh at a close 2nd and 3rd.
  3. Nothing wrong with that. Marriage is an institution and it can be from a lot of reasons. We tend to romantize it and think it's only acceptable to marry out of love but if you separate love and marriage, then love is love and marriage is marriage. Sure, ideally the two would go together and the two parties can live the modern day version of "the happy life", but if you can love without being married, why can't you marry without being in love? Think of it like going into business with someone, as long as both parties agree and thinks it's a good idea, then why not? Like a couple have mentioned above though, both people have got to be ok with it. If you're settling for a friend, make sure he knows that's what you're doing, which is crappy and of course there's probably no way you can do so, but at least try to let him know that you probably aren't as interested in him as he is to you. I have no problem marrying out of comfort, convenience, whatever you want to call it, and someday I just may do that. I have zero luck in love plus the idea of marriage sounds tedious and too much of a conformity anyways. The idea of me getting hitched with some girl who's gonna give me kids and a nice family is far from being out of the picture. Anyways, There are advantages and disadvantages to every situation, and if you weigh your options and see a good choice, go for it, don't think about what trend society is in or compare it to a "picture perfect life" that way too many people chase their entire lives only to find that it didn't exist for them and they missed out on great opportunities because of it.
  4. Was anyone a fan of BBMak? They're boy band-ish. I liked em a whole lot too back in the days. They weren't nearly as popular but they had good stuff...better than any of this One Direction crap
  5. I was watching a small debate on my local news channel tonight between two Christians who interpret Christianity and the bible differently. The guy who was against gay marriage kept referring to the "will of God" and how it was absolute and that gay marriage is cheapens the institution of marriage that God had created, while the lady (who I think may have been a lesbian) countered his arguments by saying that the bible is open for interpretation and gay "marriage" has been happening since the beginning of time, it's just never been recognized. It was kinda amusing, neither really made much sense but it's always a hoot watching arguments over gay/gay marriage, because they're so subjective and backed up by personal bias and emotions

  11. For the longest time I thought The Wanted and One Direction were the same group. As far as the "comeback" goes...I can see that. Who knows what pre-pubescent little girls are into these days. But the days of Backstreet Boy and N'Sync are gone. I was definitely a BSB guy though
  12. Happy birthday
  13. Welcome to GA cutie.
  14. "I know what you did last night hehe" "oh, I know what you did last night hehe"
  15. You won't get him either way So does it matter?
  16. A friend of mine's dad dealt drugs to put food on the table and he ended up being in prison for years of my friend's childhood. Another friend of mine did playboy to try to make a career and she ended up getting rejected later on things she really wanted to do simply for her background. People can do whatever they want, I'm not gonna say right vs wrong, but there are consequences to the things you do. If you ask me, there are always ways to make a living that won't leave a piece of toilet paper sticking out your pants, so to speak. Anyways, I like porn stars but they're gonna be the ones who'll have to live their lives.

  23. Welcome to GA The people are both the pro and the con. Give the site a try, look around and cop a feel, you'll discover your own ideas of pros and cons. Have fun
  24. I wouldn't try to stick one of those labels onto anything you're looking for. It limits your opportunities and like you said, you may come off badly to the other guy. Just meet people, not meet people for ltr, meet people for nsa, or whatever. It's my approach anyways. Sure I'd love to date again and be in a relationship but I'm not going out with that written on my forehead and I'm not gonna look for it. it's one of those things that I'd prefer to just come alone anyways rather than coerced into. So in short, you should be looking for friends.
