  3. "Teach pokemon, to understand, the power thats insideeeeee" I was a fan of pokemon back when there were still only 151 species, not 2983498279482342. I followed it for a bit more after the first revision, but couldnt handle it come the third lol. Never played the games, collected the cards though. Ohh the pinnacle of my childhood
  4. 1991, the year the legends were born. aka, no :< I'm not a 70's kid
  5. I believe that everyone is born nearly equal. The concept of a talent (as I'm using it in this post) involves the idea that some people are just "better" at certain things by some process of nature. That some people were born with it. I don't feel that this is accurate. I feel that whats more likely, is everyone starts nearly the same, with differences being like physical development, mental development, and personality. By a combination of these things, people find they have a natural affinity for certain activities, and participate in them frequently. For example, I dont believe that I'm naturally talented at skateboarding or snowboarding. I can snowboard, and skateboard well, because I enjoy it, and because I enjoy it, I invested the time necessary to develop my skills to the level they are now. Basically, nearly everyone can be great at nearly anything. All it takes is enough practice. Its the motivation to practice something you dont like which is the hard part. I realize that this is somewhat flawed as there are always exceptions, but for the most part I'd say this is more accurate then people being dealt abilities before being born
  6. omgosh me and this thread = match made in heaven. Anyways right now I'm just eating nachos and taquitos But some of my favourite foods/ingredients areee Italian/french food. I'm a sucker for really rich, fatty butter and salt soaked gourmet food. Pastas and breads hold a special place in my heart. I love herbs and related spices. Green onions (too good for lifeeeeee), onions, garlic, oregano, basil, yummmm I also love my oriental food groups though lol (minus the seafood S:) Pho = <333333. I dont know what else to say, but trust I'll be back once I've formulated my thoughts some more haha.
  7. In honesty I dont believe in the concept of talents, so I dont really think I have any That said, if I did have a 'talent' I'd say it involves boardsports most likely.
  8. I skate/snowboard. Or procrastinate.
  9. Well be that as it may, you must not know me very well I have a pretty steel resolve once I've set my mind on something. As I said, I cant put it out of the realm of possibility, but at this point in time, I can fathom no circumstance, which would cause me to change my mind.
  10. Everyone tells me this lol. I cant put it out of the realm of possibility, but quite frankly, the idea of bottoming is so unappealing to me in so many ways, that I dont think I'd ever be willing to try it. Regardless of the whole, "You dont know until you try" ideology. I dont know, and I'm quite happy not knowing
  11. They do that here too in winnipeg. Anyways mine was pretty normal. Basically just like any other tuesday lol.
  12. Happy birthday man! Hopefully its a great one
  13. Well I identify myself as a bi male, leaning heavily female, which translates into bi/leaning top. Although I dont think that accurately describes myself lol, as I have no intention of bottoming ever. Topping is more in the realm of possibility, but not really something I'm up for at this point in time. Yes I know I'm an anomoly But no set of data would be complete without them!
  14. Lol bro my rep is like 3. I needa get mah repup
  15. That spider is kinda cute in a creepy way. Its cartoonish features take the edge off its, 'spideryness' :B
  16. Curly hair is not an issue for me lol. Oh the wonders of the afro haha *shaves his head*
  17. Agreed, its definitely a good life skill to be able to swim, and 2. being in some kind of organized sport is good for youngins. Anyways I played school basketball for 7 years (started in grade 6), and spent most of that time playing for 2 or more teams (3 teams for most of that time period). So it was literally basketball 6 days a week for me for a long time. I also have all my swimming stuff done. Havent played basketball in a long time though. Present day physical activities are skating/running in the summers snowboarding in the winters.
  18. Baby anything, except humans. Human babies are ugly, until they're about 1 or 2 years old. Then they're crazy cute for awhile. everything in this video, especially the little guy at 0:13 http://www.youtube.c...h?v=3RwGC4I5JAc Also, nearly everything in this video. Be careful of the volume, the music starts somewhat suddenly, and is a tad loud. </thread>
  19. I have tons of bookmarks also, but they're all sorted into various things. Music links, computer stuff, art stuff, random links of interest at some point in time. I dont really think theres really any pressing need to deal with bookmarks, its not like they really take up space or anything 1. Coolest House in the Neighborhood skit 2. Texts From Last Night 3. The Ronin Motion/Art Studio
  20. Thanks everyone! It is greatly appreciated!
  21. I meant the emboldened bit, and nothing else. Basically to clear this whole thing up, your last sentense is exactly what I was saying. At no point in anything I said did I mean that people whom are obese (or anything outside of the majority, black, gay, born with some kind of disease) deserve to be discriminated against, or made fun of. I thought I was somewhat clear about that when I said that I didnt hate them for it. What I was saying is that if you are a certain way by your own choices, which require you to be accomodated for, then you should pay for that service. Using the problem at hand with obese people and paying for seats, I do feel that if someone choose to eat themself into obesity (one way or another, for whatever reason that may be. On an industrial scale, discriminating between one story and the next is not practical) then they should pay to be accomodated for However I also said that this is difficult at best to implement, because some people, are just big human beings. One of my friends whom I played basketball with, is 6'8, almost 300lbs, and I can assure you he is one of the most physically fit people I know. He's just a big person. If we could accurately seperate such differences between biology and conscious choices, then I say go for it. You mentioned swapping out 'large' and 'fat' for gay, bisexual etc. I feel that this is not fair, nor logical to do. I cannot think of an instance, in which a person would need to be accomodated for because of their sexuality, or whom they choose to be with, or what they choose to look like, IN A PRACTICAL SENSE. The only cases in which these would become relevant, is if they were being refused something on the grounds that they were gay, or whatever, which I DID NOT, say was ethical or fair. Hopefully that was more transparent in meaning.
  22. Happy birthday Mr. Biter
  23. I've never really met, or talked to you pai, but your hair is dope, so Happy birthday! Hope its a good one
