Chapter Twelve: Labirinthoset
drown commented on drown's story chapter in Chapter Twelve: Labirinthoset
I have rewritten this comment multiple times, but decided it was all too much of a spoiler. Thanks, @drpaladin ππ -
Just slide into my DMs! I'd be happy to.

Chapter Twelve: Labirinthoset
drown commented on drown's story chapter in Chapter Twelve: Labirinthoset
@Zuri It's amazing with how much detail you read. π True. But I'd like to remind back to Chapter Three: Strawberry, when Beatrice said: This is just the beginning. As they delve deeper into the labyrinth, I'm sure unexpected will remain the key word. Thank you for reading and commenting, it brings me a lot of joy. π -

It sure looks like this isn't turning out to be what they expected. :i Thank you for reading and commenting. π -
Such nice writing! It's Auf Wiedersehen and Arbeiterunfallversicherungsgesetz though π

I'm wondering that myself! Rich people have odd hobbies, especially when bored.

In the whisper of the dusk, where secrets lie, Three threads entwine, fateβs silent decree. In shadowsβ embrace, beneath the sky, A hidden path, only the chosen see. A wolf, a man, and a shadow in between, Their journey woven by the threads so keen. Looking forward to how that develops. I'm somehow drawn to first person POV, especially with interesting characters. Oh haha. Don't worry, but thanks. Currently aiming for 52 chapters, it'll be a while. π

Well, then keep this one online, and I'll read it first!
-
Though now I do wonder, you did post another story with the same title? Is that a re-edit? Please guide me towards the light. π

I love Damien taking the leap here. Nice voice in your story. And the descriptions at the start are really good, I feel like I'm there.

Oh I remember that chatroom so well. Must have been a moderating nightmare though. And yeah, my writing had been marinating in my head. But I always felt it was so utterly subpar that I never did anything with it. In a weird moment during the holiday season just over a month ago, I decided to just take the leap. I did some editing and published chapters one and two of a story I always thought was fun. Even over this short period of time, I have grown so much already. From a professional standpoint, I wouldn't recommend doing what I do. But to become better, to improve, and to engage in the community, this was the perfect start with my first story. Had I waited and gotten chapter 1β11 to this point, I would reread chapter one, decide it's too bad compared to later chapters, and ultimately decide not to publish yet again for another decade. I'm glad I didn't. And it's far from over, I just wonder how different my second story is going to be. Side note: No one had ever seen a single story I wrote before December 2023. Not even my ex. lol

Life's beenβ¦ tumultuous in the past week and my brain capacity has been used up for planning the future. I also had to scrap a full chapter 12 because it was bad. But I'm on it. Not too long. I apologize and thank you for being here. π

Sun and moon. And it can respond! I'm addicted to cosmic power couples. It's the reader's fault, for sure π Yes! π¬ Thanks for engaging and sorry for taking so long to respond to the comment. There has been lots going on in my life in the past weekβ¦

CliffhangerGood enough hook so I want more.

I like how you try to hook people with cliffhangers and promises for MORE MORE MORE. I approve of this. It's not like I'm not doing the same π

Your straight-to-gay stories with a twist are fascinating. π I hope JoeJimmy is not an asshole to this nice guy. Nice beginning to a story, please post fast. π¬

Seems to be hotter than Dave, then π It was really just a reference toβ¦ the weather π I have an exact timeline of things, and I think people can extrapolate the exact date at the point. When I'm writing and feel like "this weather should be like this", I then crosscheck weather data for the geographical location the story is taking place, and then I adjust for possible supernatural elements. None of you know though, so it will simply be "hotter than ever". π¬ Let me quote Clara in Chapter Four: Coalesce: I'm giddy with joy whenever someone picks up one of the clues I left. I suspect you are either much different in real life or you're underestimating yourself. I'm a lot like Grey to be honest. This is autobiographical. No chance, you're stuck with us now, I suppose. Serves you dealer right, after getting us all hooked π π There's some trouble at work right now, but I'm still as invested as I was a month ago to keep posting as much as possible, meaning hopefully Chapter Twelve is out today.

Thank you, @JohnnyC! What is it when all the layers of that onion come back together? β¦ French Onion Soup? Because they will. And I hope it's all very clever. It makes so much sense in my head !
-
From shitty bar toβ¦a caveβ¦with soup; when Grey runs away he really knows how to pick the spots! Haha Not to mention the choices in company; <24 hour BF, the BFs sister from other parents, his Ex that is only now sharing new information, after discussing attacks and problems requiring the road trip. Yup, just another day in wonderland; speaking ancient tongues and passwords unknown to a highly secret world of people he can scent. hmmm π§, yeah he is an opener. Hahaha Believe it or not. In my head it all makes sense. π You just have to be entertaining enough for others to believe the same. Thank you for your comments. I hope you're along for the ride. π¬

Starting to post on GA was the most effective way to improve my writing, and it has only been a month. I always kinda wanted to believe that if I ever did it, people could be entertained. Now it turns out, they are. But when I look back at Chapter One of the first story I posted end of December 2023, I shudder. But that's good. The story itself presents the journey I have on here. In the future, with a team behind me that could put me in my place, I probably would do things differently. Then again, for my first story, I wouldn't want to change a thing. What a wild ride.

Maybe... Ok. Hang on. I don't consider it a spoiler, because I did write it before, in Chapter Three: Strawberry, and would just like to requote the following from something that Beatrice said: I was called a "sly fox" on here before. And I stand by this definition 100% Me too. π Thank you so much for reading and commenting, @VBlew.

I watched the whole thing. Thanks? π In spirit of the forum games: Never have I ever ordered from a home shopping channel before.
