And we will agree to disagree. They can do whatever they want in their relationship, but they cannot call it "committed" or commitment". Words cannot mean what we choose them to mean or the word has no meaning. I understand I view this from a viewpoint of contractual law, but words having an agreed upon meaning matters, not just in contract law, but society as well.

Commitment is a word with a specific meaning. You can't twist the meaning of the word into meaninglessness. The fact that one of them was online, talking to other people, and it got far enough to discuss meeting showed the lack of real Commitment.

Will is adding pressure to Travis and setting him up for failure. How many things did Will overlook with Zack? How many more guys has Will fucked than Travis? Oddly enough, I understand this chapter. I sucked my first dick when I was 12 or so and probably got with another dozen guys by the end of high school. None of them thought of me as gay (I am not technically, I identify as bi, but that starts a whole big philosophical discussion) and I never thought of them as gay. Usually alcohol was involved, but I pretended that I drank more than I really had. It never, EVER occurred to me in middle school or high school to kiss a guy because that was just so gay. Suck his dick? Sure. Him suck mine? Absolutely. Just bros helping out bros. But KISS? Yucko rooney! After high school, when I started to ponder what my sexuality actually was, I didn't feel like I fit into any category. Cute story, hot story. Several things struck me. First was the conversation between Brian and Barry. They obviously have a close, open relationship if Brian is willing to tell Barry that Ted is wanting to give him a blow job and that they've even talked about Ted before. So the point is..... I think people forget how very young George is still. I don't remember when the first book was originally published, it says 2011 on this the "new GA" from a previous version of GA, but the 2011 is the transfer date, not the original publish date. The same date is on CAP Book 1 and we know that is off by several years. So reading about George for 16 or more chronological years makes him seem far older than the 25 that he is. Also his titles and accomplishments make him seem much older.
