    Peter is not the person Jason first met. As you say, Jason needs to watch out. It wouldn't be hard for him to really hurt Jason if he snapped.

    Yeah I know, it was hard to write. I think everyone BUT Peter knows he needs help. But as long as Jason makes allowances for his behavior, why should he?

Okay sure My image was totally different, but that is because he - Jason - reminds me totally of a guy I played soccer with - god he was hot! - ooops was I supposed to mention that?? Yeah, Jason has a bit of growing up to do - and while in theory he would not worry about the money too much - there is always a fear of being cut off entirely.

    Agreed, I'd have left him to find his own way home too - I think Jason meant to, but didn't make it to the car before Peter caught up. Then again, if you blamed yourself for what happened, you might be a bit more forgiving - maybe?

    Well that does answer a few questions - And my like of Rick just gets more and more. Ben is growing on me too - but he still needs to be nicer to Rick, but then he does seem to be warming up. I just wonder if now that Rick was his Superman, Ben will stick around not because he wants to but because he really like Rick? Still nice to see Ben finally being a tad nicer.

    Interesting dynamic between the two - still confuses me mightily but I suppose Ben does have his good points. Doug - over protective much? "You don't seem like a total scumbag?" ya gotta wonder if Ben would appreciate have his 'date' cross examined like that. I suppose at some point I'll figure out what's up with Ben - and why he acts the way he does with Rick.

    Okay they confuzzle me - they being Rick and Ben. There is not an easy to understand relatiohship - I don't see why Rick puts up with Ben and I don't see why Ben treats him like shit yet keeps coming back. Maybe the next chapters will do some 'splainin cause I don't get it right now. That said I do like Rick - though I think physically I'd be more attracted to Ben - but no one cares about that now do they

    Okay so I'm caught up. Karadur now knows Kynan is a queen's son. But I'm confused by Jacen's comment now about Karadur being the grandfather or something or that Karadur is lying but he doesn't know it. What's going on? You're a confusing dude When this is over, I'm gonna need to bake me a big old plate of cookies and sit you down to ease my confuzzlement.

    Okay interesting - never saw the queen before so this was an interesting chapter. Definitely gives context to the start of the story. Am still a bit confused - Karadur does not know Kynan is the queens son. Got that. Kynan DOES know and so does the Queen - duh right? So the wings and stuff? Him looking like an 'angel' and then him getting them feather wings - did she copulate with an angel or something?? Of course you're not going to tell us are you? Two last questions - no forget it, I ask them in the forum later today when I'm done work

    Fun times with Step Dad These vignettes really do make for good background to the story - it helps put things in a better light. Before all we had was Kynan and the Prince - the Prince acted like you'd expect a demon to act - Karadur acts like some guy - reading his paper, drinking his coffee etc. interesting snap shot. Interesting how they just beat each other to show the love

    Welcome CEH - yeah people are friendly here, but keep a rolled up newspaper handy in case someone starts to hump your leg - err unless you like that, then don't worry about the paper A large number of signatures came from Cailen - another member/author. You could shoot him an email and ask him for some help. Cia - one of the Admins here is also very good at doing the signature things - she's always helpful, so you can contact her - me? I'm useless, so don't ask me unless you want to end up more confused than before you ask Andy

    I don't know bout being sad or not - I was very careful - or at least I think I was - not to give away much - so maybe ?? -- I do believe you are correct the younger set - those college age and younger - and even the under 30 set - are a lot more 'so what' about it than 25 years ago. god if it stops being an issue what will people write about on here??? -- j/k
