    Decided to do some of the writing prompts, not sure how many I'll do, but I thought I'd give it a go. No beta reader, no editor, just a raw version. Here's the chance to see how much better Anyta, Jian and Frosty make my writing.

    Wow, so that is awful tricksy of you - So when Rix was told one of them was in bad shape - we thought it was Puck, but now we see it was Bobby - I have this sad feeling Bobby is the one they said died - now of course that might be a ruse too - show me the body eh? But I feel reasonable sure it wasn't Puck because Rix would have known it. Me thinks the King had a dose of bad information. But now we have to wait ... and wait .... and wait until you decide to wrap this up.

    Tim, -- -- yeah I agree the epilogue was not an epilogue - live and learn. This was my first story online and well yeah - it was a mistake. I'm about 40% done with the trial short story - bogged down in something but will hope to be on track to post in August - that has been my personal, internal goal. I don't think money will be an issue for Peter going forward - it's one of his issues he's working through. So if I ever return to these characters and this world, they'll have a different issue to work on. Thanks for reading and yeah I promise not to much up the ending in any other story again. -- -- Andy

Or you could do what I did when I got here and latch on to someone(s) whose work you like and see if they'll help. That's how I found Anyta Jian and Frosty so don't be shy. Andy

    Batman, Wolverine and the Shadow - quite the cast of characters - does the gay brigade get to take on the even queen, complete with her pearls and heels? Mixed that tongue in cheek review was supposed to be a compliment - nice job and a question - what's next But it does seem like it's gonna be one kickin bachelor pad when Shade recovers from his exhaustion

    Man you musta been not getting enough when you wrote this story - it's one racy sex scene after the next. Them supernaturals sure are a randy bunch So why do I feel we're seeing the formation of the Federation of sorts? Three different creatures bound together by lust and desire - taking on the bad evil forces of the Court.

    Well that certainly was different now wasn't it? Not your twilight variety of Vamps and Wolves that's for sure. Funny how eager Kieper is to get ride of Garrett - hmm wonder if that would have anything to do with the Shade in the house?

    Seems to me being the Lt in charge of the batteries was not a job one lived long to enjoy. But that makes sense as that is where the majority of the fighting takes place. Arguably I wasn't there but this fight seemed much easier than most of the others recently. It didn't seem like the Sabina really did much damage to Belvidera - though try telling that to Carslake right? Ah yes, what is up with Blanche and Captain Preston. That you have George not standing down and that Sabina surrendered so quickly tells me that perhaps there is more a foot and that the surrender was to keep Belvidera right where it is now and not go off to find the other frigate. But - my prognostication skills were never the best.

    Thanks so much for reading and all the reviews. I appreciated hearing your feedback. One of the greatest things about on line posting is the feedback and reading what people think. It was always so great seeing how different people got different things from the chapters. How they interpreting things, sometimes in ways I didn't mean but that were helpful to the story.     I toyed with doing a bit more with Jason after the break but there is only so much you can do or write or say. Yeah this one - chapter - was hard and fun and sad to write all at once. BUT it's the ending I wanted for them - for now

    Not sure he means it, but he also doesn't or wasn't or isn't coping with things right and the only thing or person he has total control over - in his mind - is Jason. While he might not mean to be the way he is, he still recognizes that Jason loves him and well, he's using that. Let's hope he figures it out BEFORE the damage is irrevocable.

    It's true on both counts, I was trying to show without just saying it - how the attack affected him. Jason still loves him deeply but he put up with things he probably shouldn't which as we know only makes it worse. It's hard to comment more right now as the entire story is up but for those who read this and HAVEN'T read the ending, I'll just pretend the end isn't posted and say, you'll need to read on to find out more

    One would thing that the outburst is a sign of bigger unresolved issues. Peter's refusal to get counseling, to acknowledge there is a problem stemming from the accident is not helping their time together. Hopefully the end will feel right too. Thanks for the comments.

    Not just his own relationship - his whole family. In part Royce didn't put Jason's relationship on par with the family's needs. I guess it's hard to consider your twenty y.o. son's relationship as anything more than a college thing and that the needs of the family take precedence over that - even if it is Jason's first love. Yeah Barbara is doing a good job of screwing up everyone - including herself.

    Funny but I forget what's in some of the chapters until I see the review and then have to go back to the chapter - what I though was the best part of the chapter was how half asleep Peter pulls off the towel and tells Jason's he's ready for bed. Guess that's just the horn dog in me

    GURGLE. Not many superheroes have a gut. Smooth, hairless, bulging muscles, yes. But no gut. And if they did have one, they'd be way too cool to do anything remotely lame as to name it. But my gut was the proud effort of two beers every night for ten years, then three for the last eight, after 206 failed attempts to off myself.     Man that's hard - as a kid it was totally Marvel - Thor, Avengers, Hulk, Silver Surfer - yeah thems what my favorites. But I really think the DC graphic novels and cross over series were so much better - especially the recent Green Lantern ones. So it's hard but I'm gonna go with DC.

    I think how long Peter was out was more a factor of the number of chapters than how long he was really out -but yes they do have a bit to talk about and a bit to still take care of between them - hence the next 14 chapters

    Well to be honest, I was trying NOT to have it just happen in a heart beat and i didn't want it to just skip a few days and not show the in between stuff. So yeah, maybe it is dragging a long a bit but then think of how it would be if you were forced to read chapter by chapter and I was only posting twice a week
