A Blessed and Happy Easter Y'all Mum and I had reservations to go out for Easter dinner but due to her recent fall and a nasty migraine on my part we canceled and are staying in. It's also cool and wet here. We just had a late brekkie of fresh baked biscuits with blackberry jam. I had a bit of ham in the freezer. That plus baked sweet potato and some as yet to be decided veg will be our evening meal.
