Mum, as do I, thanks you all for your kind wishes for her recovery. She ate her normal brekkie of Cheerios, fresh blueberries and yogurt. Took a tylenol for discomfort and has been resting quietly since. The actual cuts don't look any worse the you might expect. The bruising however is much more evident. Both eyes are bruised down below her cheekbones and one the right extends down below her chin. I told her it was nice she chose a nice magenta/lavender tone for her bruises as it's far more appropriate to the Easter season than typical black and blue. We decided it's not that she has a balance issue but rather needs to be careful with unusual steps. The times she's fallen have been instances where the steps were not standard height and so she hadn't lifted her foot high enough.
