    That kitten has such pretty blue eyes. What?!? Whenever eyes that shade of blue appear in one of Gary's beefcake pictures everyone swoons over how pretty they are. Y'all are just jealous 'cause I notice the details. Like the hint of salt in the pepper at his temples.

    Lance Kerwin, star of James at 15/16 passed away on the 24th at the age of 63. He was one of my teen crushes.

    We had reheated ham and bean soup. I made a large pot on Thursday planning for the cold weekend. I split it in half and we had the first bit on Friday. Today I heated the second portion and served it with toasted pumpernickel bread. What we didn't eat was portioned out and went into the freezer. I was glad for my foresight since it was an achy head day.

    My head hurts and my eyes are wonky ... and it's winter in SC. Current high temp 45/7°. That's unseasonably cold.
