Thanks. Fortunately the migraines are minimal. Preliminary bloodwork for mri was acceptable. Now if I could get my vision sorted.
Mum and I have been doing some holiday baking but that's been a day to day thing, more off than on.
Blessed be y'all.
I am unwell. Coping with migraine for three days has exhausted me. Plus I slept poorly last night. The migraine id compounded by an issue with my eyes. When I saw my optometrist in early October the pressure had increased considerably. I had an appt with mum's retina specialist. The pressure better but not good so additional medication was prescribed. The more concerning issue is my eyes do not line up nor will the rise above the midline. The left actually lowers. Having two different focal zones causes issues seeing clearly. I am fortunate that my eyes focus down as the majority of what look at is below midline. I compensate by tilting my head when I want look up. Unsure what the cause is. He doesn't think it was caused by a stroke. I wiil be having an MRI on the 14th to check for internal masses or mid-brain disease. Could also be thyroid related. Time will tell. I may not be here as often as it is difficult for me to focus clearly.
I have been thoroughly enjoying these chapters as they provide a focus on the individual members of the family. Additionally, the teasers of events already lived but yet to be told have me patiently anticipating those books.
Cabrales is my favorite among blue cheeses. I think it pairs particularly well with ripe pears. Though sadly I have been unable to buy locally for several years.
