Mum's paternal line, is descended from a Mayflower passenger and was a prominent family in Boston.

SC is in a Level 1 drought and back home in PA it was one of the driest autumns on record. Drought is a possibility there too.

I've forgotten but did you have a good report. Mum has had them in the past but it's been nearly 2 years since the last.

It's currently rainy and 60/15° with the high ~64/17°. Tomorrow the high will be in the 30's and by Wednesday sub freezing. Needless to say my head aches.

Greetings Albert. We saw the cardiologist this past Tues. Her heartbeat is a bit slow so she wore a monitor for 3 days. They did an ultrasound of her carotids and will be doing an echocardiogram in just over a week. Then we'll meet with the doc to review the results. He does not expect anything serious other than an aging heart so we'll see. She feels okay, just tires more easily. Thanks for asking.

Yeah, and you usually then call her a perve. I quoted you accurately on your intention to charge rent. In order to charge rent you have to own the property. In order to own the property you have to negate any previous ownership. Entering into an unwanted spurious "purchase" is an attempt to gain ownership in effect nullifying previous ownership. Forcing a person to pay any rent on their own stolen property is in essence exhorbitant. If this scenario is insane how do you describe your scenario of buying Guam in the first place? Afterall you started it.
