Just to tie the three stories together, what is it that we know about Dragons in the current age? 1. So far, only the Greens have kept the knowledge of shifting and they have let all true Dragons use it. 2. Only the Blacks have kept the knowledge of Dragon Riders alive but it is used for games and not necessarily for war. 3. It appears that only the Combined Desert Nation and Lucas the Lost are the only two places where all the fields are known.

If you have followed The Kandric Saga, you will be aware that Conth is to become a Dragon Rider. This story explains how such a thing came to be. Kudos to our beta reader, JonDom, who says he can't write a story and therefore is not an author.

One would suspect that where physical age and mental age are different than in human society, sex (all aspects) would be radically different also. So I found the subject interesting. Good chapter!

There's a subtle hint that the two opposing forces could coexist together in harmony. The other supposition is that there would be great strife before that could happen. Excellent chapter!

Unfortunately, here in the US, we have that 8th Amendment - cruel and unusual punishment. And what I would do to them is both cruel and unusual by today's standards (bring back the inquisition?). -

I've gone round and round with which character I like best... I think I've settled on Charlie as being truest to himself. Colin had better wake his ass up. He's about to lose what might well be the best thing in his life. -

Regardless of what Jesse thought about Charlie, this was a dumb move on his part. Communication is paramount to establishing trust. With that trust should come Honest Communication. These are the two things I wish I had learned early on. In many ways, Jesse describes me when I was in my twenties, so I understand the insecurity and the need to run. It's easier to run than to face one's own faults. -

So far, my favorite scene was Colin getting Charlie to go with him to the cabin. Colin is clueless about what this is going to do to Charlie. Charlie is infatuated with Colin so badly that he doesn't realize how hard this will be on himself. As to which pair I like best... Hmm, can I pick the threesome? -
Gads! It is so nice to read this first attempt at writing and know that @Mrsgnomie was evil before she hooked up with @kbois! Also to know that her writing was already polished!

The best parts of this chapter was when Father was introduced to his son and then Colin's date turned into being a man! I laughed hard at those. -
Whichever way Stanley turns, I think it will be good to have him hear both Phill and Colin. Stanley just might be able to relate between the two.

I haven't discussed this part with Roland: How the Green is Discovered. So I have a couple of things that might be a viable solution. Killian or Lucas can actively scan the auras of everyone. If Garnet or Xavier recovers quickly enough, they might see the Green in the Spirit Realm. The last option is if Aegir has learned enough from his spirit friends to hop into and out of the Spirit Realm, he could see the Green like Garnet would see him. Once the Green is discovered it is anyone's guess as to what happens at that point.

Something sure needs to be about their neighbor. Not sure what, exactly. Perhaps her doors need to be visited by skunks? Her car also, assuming she parks outside... I know Devon is trying to be careful, but the more times he does this, the greater the odds are that he will be caught.

Gradon is gonna be so pissed he missed out on Xavier and Garnet's return! When he hears how his son was willing to fight an adult Guilded Teaching Echelon Swordsman (Ardi) to protect a Dragon... Talk about pride! As for Garnet, he sees something different about Aegir. Any guesses as to what it is?

It is a result of both. What they hear and what they read. I just wanted to point out that not all homophobic people have unresolved issues... At least not in their minds. That's as far as I intend to take it.

I find this an incredibly naive viewpoint when you have the religious right who believe in the words they read every Sunday.
