I enjoyed your story very much. It made me smile right from the beginning. ...he felt as though someone had sucked all the moisture from his throat, beaten his body with bamboo poles, and then emptied a dumper truck full of bricks onto his head. This is simply perfect. I like how Stanley and Don struggled with the switch. How could he have grown huge, hairy feet overnight? I couldn't wait to learn how you'd manage the back-switch. The part where the cabby offered Stanley the choice between futures felt like bonus chapter. Thank you for this.

So many possibilities to play with: Maybe it was only a dream. O r the dream increased the likelihood they would talk to each other. Or, it was some kind of foreboding. Or.... Very nice. I enjoyed the story. It made me dream....haha. -
Your poems were very inspiring. At first, I looked the bird's German names up, as I wanted to know if I knew them. Warblers are all kinds of Sänger, the Ovenbird is the Pieperwaldsänger. Then I listened to their voices. Now I know your poems characterized them perfectly. Thank you for this.

I read this on the phone and couldn't comment. Luckily I had a long sleeved shirt on , sniffling into said sleeves. I’ve tried to omit from my rather short life. Yeah, I totally understand this. No time for hate. Hate doesn't make sense anymore, if ever. Usually I don't read this kind of stories anymore. I don't have the stomach for it. But, as it was you, who wrote it, I gave it a try. You managed to combine sadness, with, pride , love and love. Perfect! Thank you for this.
