Fairly early on I wondered if Brandon wasn't in love with Drew, but so deep in the closet that he was willing to see Drew with someone else, as long as he was happy. Now the seed of possibility about Angus having feelings for Brandon. And there's definitely chemistry between Rick and Claire. This is going to be a bumpy ride, indeed!

Rick just seems to be digging himself deeper. How can he possibly think he or Drew can come out of this intact? I know Rick is desperate for friends, but I'm worried for both of them.

If there was ever a time to wonder, "What the hell have I gotten myself into?", this is it.

I love the reverse premise! What a idea for a story!

The Arizona state legislature recently passed a bill purportedly to help protect the religious beliefs of business owners. The following column is based on my understanding of that event, and if I've misunderstood or misinterpreted anything about the situation, I welcome any corrective responses, as well as general responses. The way I understand it the bill is intended to protect, at least in part, businesses who wish to not do business with parties whose views or practices might conflict with their religious convictions. But it has turned into a broad permission slip for businesses to be able to refuse to serve LGBT potential customers. First, what about those signs that say, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."? " is this actually legal to enforce? And, if it is, why isn't this enough without this ridiculous bill? But the real danger of such a bill is that it opens a potential Pandora's Box. What's next, or more specically, who's next? What if someone claims they don't want to serve members of the public because their religious views clash with the business owner's? Or some fringe elements could claim their religious views don't agree with people of another skin color, or some other such silliness. The governor has until the end of the week to either sign the bill into law, veto it, or allow it to become law by doing nothing. Even three of the Republican lawmakers who voted for the bill have seen past their short-sightedness and urged her to veto it. There also seems to be a groundswell of general public and business opposition to the bill. What I don't understand is how these legislators can say that this wasn't their original intent. How could they not have seen the broader implications of this bill in the first place?? Finally, I have a more personal reason for scratching my poor, mostly bald, head over this. I had decided very recently that Arizona was going to be my retirement location of choice next year. Now I don't know what to think. A vast majority of everyday folks, from the looks of the reaction to this bill, don't share the views of those who support it. And you find prejudice, to one degree or another, almost everywhere. But do I want to give my retirement dollars to a state that might be prone to future actions? Any GA members from Arizona who care to share their opinion?

I've mentioned recently that I looked at my interest in men as simply a phase I was going through, and by the time I was finished with college, I would be ready to get married and srart my "normal" life. Talk about wearing blinders! It's not exactly the same as Jeff's situation, but similar enough that I can relate. I'm really looking forward to following this story. Welcome back, Adam!

What a great story, Rob. I enjoyed it from start to finish. I'd never really had much of an interest in werewolf-type stories until another GA member got me hooked on theirs. So when yours got posted, I thought, what the heck. I glad I gave it a chance. Can't wait for Book 2. In the meantime, I just downloaded The Ranch Foreman to my Nook.

You're driving me nuts, Kitt! I really enjoyed your first two prompt stories. So much so that I was greatly disappointed that there wasn't more for each one. I know this is usually how the prompts work, but it's also maddeningly frustrating. Frustrating enough that I told myself I wasn't going to read the 3rd and 4th stories. But I so enjoyed the first two that I really had no choice but to read the others. Now I'm frustrated 4 times over! And you know what? I'm pretty damned sure that I'm gonna be disappointed a fifth time one of these days. Arghhh! Oh, by the way, although it may not seem like it, you do know that this has been a compliment of the highest order? Love ya!

Help me, CJ. I know I've read this story before. Haven't I? It was a great read the first time (I read it the first time right after I finished For the Love), and I'm actually looking forward to it again. But please tell I'm not crazy about this.

What an innovative ending! As much as I hated to see this series end, the way you've done it is genius. I hate to admit it, but I had to interrupt my reading a couple of times to wipe away the tears. It was so satisfying to get a glimpse of the future and see the happiness and hope that was there. I can't wait to see what you come up with next, Andrew. Thank you!

I'll wait till after the epilogue to write more, but for now, let's just say I'm really gonna miss these guys. It was always a lift to my day when I saw a new chapter posted. And yes, I shed a few tears after finishing the last sentence. Good job, Andrew.

Wow! I had a feeling it was one of our boys on the bed. I hope Luka isn't badly hurt as a result of being "softened up", and I can't wait for tomorrow's installment to see how they rescue him and Chris from this dangerous situation. Andrew, is this the end of the story come Friday, or is there another book about our friends down the road?

Andrew, the story just keeps getting better. Jesse and Dylan deserve some happiness, and a new little brother that accepts them, and whom they also accept, is a nice touch. I hope Cole and Maxie get to meet soon. I do have one suggestion I hope you'll consider. I actually had to go back and look to when Chris made his entrance in order to remember who he was. There are enough characters in the story that it's sometimes hard to remember all of them from one chapter to the next. How about a special "chapter" that's just a cast of characters list that we can reference when we need a reminder as to who's who? Just a thought. In the meantime, keep up the great work!

You're taking things nice and slow with Luke and Erie. What a double-edged sword though. It's nice to see that the guys didn't jump each other's bone within hours of meeting, but I'm also twisting in my seat wanting to see how things work out. Keep up the great work, Sasha!

I can sooo relate to this story. When I was younger, much younger, I also fell in love with someone who didn't share those feelings. But he was also gay which I'm not too sure didn't make it even harder. Because it took me even longer to come to my senses that nothing could come of my feelings. I mean, he was gay, so there was still an outside chance, right? Ahh, the ignorance of youth! We don't always get happy endings to our stories (btw, I eventually did get over that beautiful, young guy), but this was happily one of those times. Not every story told can be multi-chaptered, even though I wish there was even more to this one. So we take what is offered and appreciate it all. A lovely little romance story, Sasha, and more than worth the effort. Thank you once more!
